For FEARNOT who has won the event, please check the [Non Disclosure Agreement(NDA)] below on your mobile device, fill out and submit the form in advance. < How to fill out NDA > ▶ Go to 'My Events' on Weverse Check out your ‘My Events’ history → If you’ve won, click the ‘Your Ticket’ button → Click the button below the QR code → Fill out your information and submit the form *We are going to check whether you have submitted the form or not on the event day. Please make sure to submit the form in advance. You won’t be able to participate in the event otherwise. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Things to Note] * This event will be held before the official release of LE SSERAFIM’s 3rd mini album, “EASY.” All participants will be required to sign an NDA to ensure confidentiality. Refusing to sign the NDA will result in your exemption from the event. * Please be advised in advance that you may be requested to leave the venue if you do not follow on-site staff’s instructions. * Taking photographs or videos, making audio recordings, or leaking the stage are strictly prohibited during the event. All devices capable of taking videos or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the studio where the recording is held. Even one person’s violation may adversely affect all of the participants in the event, so please exercise extra caution. * Electronic devices and large items will be banned from being brought into the venue upon entrance. We suggest you refrain from bringing them to the event as there is a high risk of losing them. * Your viewing experience may be hindered by camera equipment during the event, and the faces of some audience members may be recorded and included in publicly disclosed content in the future. [Important Information for Participating in the Event] * In the case you win but do not show up, you will be banned from participating in the open music show events throughout the promotions period for LE SSERAFIM 3rd Mini Album “EASY” * The use of any personal fan items (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone display apps, dolls, fans, etc.) except the official light stick is prohibited. The on-site staff may restrain you if you use such items. * Leaving all of the recording venues of LE SSERAFIM will take place after the performances have ended. Any actions that result in a conflict with the security team, including freely leaving the designated seat or leaving in the middle of a performance, may result in disadvantages to the entire fan club, such as being denied entry to the fan club seats. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the on-site staff’s guidance to ensure a smooth music show. * You may deliver your letters to the LE SSERAFIM members at the event through the on-site staff. * Anyone found to violate the list of prohibitions mentioned in the FAN ETIQUETTE Notice may be banned from participating in future official LE SSERAFIM events.
