SHOWROOM >2F: CASHIER/PICK-UP >B1F: EXHIBITION/EXPERIENCE ZONE [Entering the POP UP] 1. You can enter the <LE SSERAFIM 2024 S/S POP UP> without making a pre-reservation. Register on the on-site queuing system, wait for your turn, and enter. -Should the number of guests exceed the limit, we will operate an on-site queuing system for your optimal visiting experience. -Entry registration may close early, depending on on-site circumstances. -Those who have already registered for entry may not be able to enter, depending on the number of guests already inside. 2. You can enjoy the <LE SSERAFIM 2024 S/S POP UP> in the following order of viewing. -Information on traveling between floors: 1F Entrance → 1F MERCH. SHOWROOM → 2F CASHIER/PICK-UP → B1F EXHIBITION → B1F Exit -You can travel between floors only in the specified order. Please follow staff instructions when traveling to another floor. -If you wish to enjoy the exhibition only, you can directly move to the EXHIBITION/EXPERIENCE ZONE on B1F. But you cannot make your way back to 1F or 2F and purchase the merchandise. [How to Make a Purchase] 1. At the <LE SSERAFIM 2024 S/S POP UP>, you can have a look at the merchandise in the MERCH. SHOWROOM on 1F, fill out the QR order form, and make payments and claim your purchase at the checkout counter on 2F. How to Order Using QR ① Enter the order page via the QR code in the MERCH. SHOWROOM. ② Select the products and quantities. After adding them to the cart and completing your order, a barcode will be created. ③ Present the barcode to the staff at the checkout counter on 2F. ④ Pay and claim your purchase. 2. If you do not have a smartphone or experience difficulty in the process, please inquire the nearest staff for assistance. 3. The QR order must be filled out after you enter the POP UP store. The QR code will be switched frequently, so your order made before entering the store may be canceled. 4. All items may sell out early. 5. The stock is changed in real time, so even if you have completed your QR order, the products may sell out before you pay. Merchandise will not be available after being sold out. 6. The limit to the number of items one guest can purchase may be different for each product, and the payment may be denied or canceled if the number exceeds the limit. 7. Cash is not accepted. All payments can be made by credit cards or electronic payments (Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, Zero Pay, Samsung Pay, Ali Pay). 8. B1F EXHIBITION ZONE is an experiential space where you can visually experience the message of LE SSERAFIM’s 3rd Mini Album 'EASY,' in which they bare their heart out and talk about the anxieties and concerns underneath their confident veneer. 2. The interactive media art offers a special experience to the audience by putting on the AR filter that visualizes the key message of the album on the user’s portrait and projecting it on a large fabric. - How to Participate in the Interactive Media Art ① Touch the “Start” button on the main screen of the kiosk. ② Record a video of yourself with the AR filter. ③ As soon as the video recording begins, it will be projected on the large fabric wall (1 min. max) ④ Check the video at the kiosk and scan the QR to download it. 3. This exhibition is an interactive one that uses the faces of the users. The portraits will be displayed to the visitors on the large fabric wall. 4. If you participate in this content, you consent to the projection of your portrait in the common space of the POP UP store. 5. The projected videos will not be used again and will be discarded.
