We wish to provide information on the in-person fan event “FEARNOT ZONE” exclusive to LE SSERAFIM GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP holders at the 2024 LE SSERAFIM FAN MEETING “FEARNADA” 2024 S/S IN SEOUL on May 11 and 12. Please see below for more detailed information on how to participate. [How to Use] Visit the “FEARNOT ZONE” booth during operating hours, verify your identity, and claim your rewards. [Operating Hours] DAY 1: From 2 PM to 5 PM, Saturday, May 11 (KST) DAY 2: From 1 PM to 4 PM, Sunday, May 12 (KST) [How to Verify] STEP 1 Required Items: 1) Fan meeting ticket for the same day (paper or mobile) + entry wristband (must be worn) 2) ID card (for the verification of your picture, name, and DOB) 3) FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP CARD (mobile or physical) ※ If you plan to use a mobile card for verification, please use the “Save for Offline Use” feature. Tip: Before arriving at an area with heavy network traffic, such as the fan meeting venue, save the membership you have signed up for in advance. Then you can check your membership information even when you are not connected to the network. How to save membership for offline use: Bottom right corner of the Weverse app’s main screen [More] > [My Membership] > [Save for Offline Use] STEP 2 Visit the “FEARNOT ZONE” booth during operating hours and get verified. STEP 3 Receive the corresponding rewards. For example: If you brought the required items: One photo card randomly selected from five available types + one stamp book sticker If you got the LUCKY CARD for the photo card mentioned above: You will receive one set of photo cards in addition [Important Information] - The images on the photo cards will be the same for both dates. - The stamp book stickers can be used in the stamp book, a component of the FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP GIFT. - The entry wristband of your day of the visit must be worn when the required items are being checked. Please receive the wristband from the identity verification booth before you have your items checked. - Only FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP holders with all the required items listed above can join the fan event, and multiple participation is not allowed (once per day per person). - Once you receive the rewards, your entry wristband will be marked to indicate your receipt. - Those who win the LUCKY CARD among the randomly distributed photo cards can exchange it for a corresponding gift at the LUCKY CARD Booth. ※ Valid forms of ID - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - Expired IDs, IDs that lack information, non-physical forms of ID, such as a photograph, printed copy, mobile capture image, etc. will not be accepted. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - For those who signed up at JP Shop, if you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. We ask for your cooperation and preparation in advance. - If you entered your name in English when signing up for your FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP, only your passport will be accepted as a valid form of ID. - You will not be eligible to participate in the event if your FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP information and your ID information do not match. - Transferring or borrowing another person’s FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP CARD or ID card for identity verification is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found trying to use someone else’s card, both the borrower and lender will lose their membership status and be banned from participating in any future fan club events.
