[Operation Information] - Operating Period: From Saturday 8th June 2024 – Sunday 16th June 2024 - Operating Hours: From 12:30 PM to 7:30 PM (GMT+8) - Location: No. 176, Section 2, Bade Rd, Zhongshan District, Taipei City, Taiwan 10491 [Store Policy] By entering the LE SSERAFIM 2024 S/S POP UP IN TAIPEI, all visitors agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. The POP UP can accommodate a maximum of 15-20 persons at a time. Please proceed to the outside queue while waiting for your turn. 2. No food and drinks or pets are allowed in the POP UP. 3. Photography or videography for commercial or promotional purposes without permission will not be allowed. 4. CCTVs are in operation for the safety of guests and staff. 5. Guests will be responsible for their personal belongings. The POP UP management will not be responsible for any loss, damages, or theft. 6. All decisions of the pop-up store team are final. POP UP management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or dismiss any visitor(s) that displays disorderly or inappropriate conduct. Visitors may be asked to leave if the above terms and conditions are not adhered to. [How to Make a Purchase] 1. Items in the POP UP may sell out early due to limited quantities. Please refer to details in store for more information. 2. Payments can be made by cash or credit card. (Some credit cards may not be successfully processed due to issues with the card issuing company) 3. All transactions are only charged in New Taiwan dollars (TWD). [Exchange and Refund] 1. Please make your purchase carefully as we do not offer a refund or replacement on a simple change of mind. If the product is defective, it can only be replaced on-site. When purchasing the product, please be sure to confirm at the product counter whether there is any defect before leaving the counter. Once leaving the counter, it will be deemed that the product is not defective and will not be returned or exchanged. If the products you wish to exchange are out of stock, you may exchange for other products of equal or greater value. If the chosen item(s) is of greater value, you are required to pay the difference. No refunds will be issued. 2. Exchanges are subject to management approval and may be rejected for the following reasons: Damaged packaging or labels (i.e. cut, lost, or damaged labels, or missing packaging) caused by the customer.
