LE SSERAFIM 4th Mini Album “CRAZY“ Open Music Show Participation Guide and Things to Note [Eligibility] FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP holder + Purchased three versions of LE SSERAFIM 4th Mini Album “CRAZY“ (three or more random versions OR one set) through weverse shop (Global) (*Compact/Weverse/BALACLAVA Albums versions are excluded) + Download Statement of all the tracks in LE SSERAFIM 4th Mini Album “CRAZY“ / Melon Profile Page + LE SSERAFIM OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK [How to Apply] [Important Notice Regarding Application] * The application page will open 20 minutes before the application period starts. Please access the application form, fill out your personal information, and consent to the collection and use of personal information in advance and submit your application within the deadline. * You will not be able to modify your application after you hit “Apply,” so please proceed with the application in time. * You will not be able to enter multiple times. (You can apply once per account.) * The winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis based on applications entered exactly starting from the application time. * Dates and times for the application page are based on server time. * Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual, or any other unauthorized activities will result in a cancellation of the win without exception and will be denied entry to this event. * Your viewing experience may be hindered by camera equipment during the event, and the faces of some audience members may be recorded and included in publicly disclosed content in the future. [What to Bring to the Event] * If you participated LE SSERAFIM 4th Mini Album “CRAZY“ open music show and received an attendance card, you can conveniently verify your identity by presenting it along with your ID. (Download statement will not be required.) * Please make sure to fill out all of your personal information on the attendance card. Attendance cards without information will not be accepted for identity verification. 1) Three Versions of LE SSERAFIM 4th Mini Album “CRAZY“ - Only those who purchased three or more random versions or one set through weverse shop(Global) can apply for the event. - COMPACT Ver., Weverse Albums ver., BALACLAVA ver. will not be considered for the event application. - Winners do not have to show physical albums on-site, as their album purchases will be acknowledged automatically. 2) ID Card with a Recognizable Photo ※ Valid Forms of ID - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID Card (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - IDs that have expired, lack information, are photographs/printouts/mobile screenshots, etc., will not be accepted. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. - For those who signed up at JP Shop, if you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. We ask you to prepare in advance and for your cooperation. A screenshot of the page (image) on your mobile phone will not be accepted. - Only the list of “individual songs” or “FLAC” will be accepted, not “DCF.” 4) LE SSERAFIM OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK ※ In case you missed to bring some items - You will be unable to participate in the event and marked absent. - In case you manage to bring the item you forgot before the end of the roll call, you can get the item checked and marked present again. - You will be marked late even if you manage to bring the item within time. Please stand in the “Late” line after having your items checked. [Important Information for Participating in the Event] * In the case you win but do not show up, you will be banned from participating in the open music show events throughout the promotions period for LE SSERAFIM 4th Mini Album “CRAZY“ * Please be mindful of the check-in time for your number. If you arrive later than your assigned time slot, you will be considered late and moved to the “Late” line. Your admission will be pushed to the very last in order. * If you fail to arrive on time for the roll call, please stand in order in the “Late” line. * Admissions of the participants on the waitlist will be confirmed on site. * The use of any personal fan items (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone display apps, dolls, fans, etc.) except the official light stick is prohibited. The on-site staff may restrain you if you use such items. * Leaving all of the recording venues of LE SSERAFIM will take place after the performances have ended. Any actions that result in a conflict with the security team, including freely leaving the designated seat or leaving in the middle of a performance, may result in disadvantages to the entire fan club, such as being denied entry to the fan club seats. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the on-site staff’s guidance to ensure a smooth music show. * There may be restrictions on age or application depending on the show. Please check the details of the relevant program before applying. * The entrance time and capacity may vary depending on on-site circumstances. Please check through the on-site notice. For pre-recordings, please note that the recording time is flexible depending on the broadcast company’s schedule. * Taking photographs or videos, making audio recordings, or leaking the stage are strictly prohibited during the event. All devices capable of taking videos or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the studio where the recording is held. Even one person’s violation may adversely affect all of the participants in the event, so please exercise extra caution. (If discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately, and the photos, videos, or audio recordings will be deleted on-site. We hold no responsibility for any devices damaged while you are being escorted out. Also, engaging in such activities will result in a ban from future open music shows.) * If you are found to be a fan of another artist, you will be unable to participate in the relevant music show and may be subject to penalties in your fan club activities. * You may deliver your letters to the LE SSERAFIM members at the event through the on-site staff. * Anyone found to violate the list of prohibitions mentioned in the FAN ETIQUETTE Notice may be banned from participating in future official LE SSERAFIM events. * You will not be able to participate in the event if you do not consent to the collection and use of your personal information when you apply for the event. ※ Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information - Collecting Agent: weverse Company Inc. - Purpose of Collection: To verify the eligibility to apply for the LE SSERAFIM GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP holder event. - Collected Information: weverse ID, name (first and last), date of birth, mobile phone number - Period of Retention and Use: From the moment of application until within seven days after the termination of the fan event. However, the personal information of applicants not selected for the event will be discarded immediately after the results have been announced. ※ Consent to Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties - Recipient: Source Music Co., Ltd., HYBE Co., Ltd. - Purpose of Provision: To verify the eligibility to apply for the LE SSERAFIM GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP holder event and the identity of participants at the event and operation of the event. - Provided Information: Name (first and last), date of birth, mobile phone number - Period of Retention and Use: From the moment of application until within seven days after the termination of the fan event. However, the personal information of applicants not selected for the event will be discarded immediately after the results have been announced. * You have the right to deny consent. However, you may be restricted from using the above services should you do so. Some content of this notice may be subject to change or update depending on on-site circumstances.
