We would like to provide some information on how to use the LE SSERAFIM POP UP in HONG KONG and important information about purchasing the merchandise. [POP UP details] - DATE: January 3 - 12, 2025 - HOURS: Monday-Sunday: 11AM - 7PM - LOCATION: G/F, 24 Upper Station Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong [General rules] - No food, drink or pets are allowed - No storage for customers’ personal bags, shopping bags and/or luggages - Customers should take responsibility for his/her own belongings. Pop up won't be responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury - Please do not run inside the store - Customers can take photos and videos inside the pop up for personal use. Any photography and videography for commercial or promotional purposes is not allowed without prior permission - CCTV is installed on G/F and Basement of the pop up - Any theft or damage will be reported to the police immediately - Any decision made by the pop up management is final - Pop up management and staff reserve the right to refuse admission and/or dismiss any customers displaying disorderly or inappropriate conduct [Sales policy] - All sales are final. Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except under exceptional circumstances - Customers should check the items at the cashier before payment - Shopping bags will not be provided, customers are required to bring their own bag [Purchase guideline] - Items in the pop up may sell out early due to limited quantities - Pop up management may limit each customer to purchase up to 1 pc of the limited edition items at the pop up (if applicable) - Payment can be made via credit card (Visa and Master), Alipay, Wechat pay, or Payme. Cash will be accepted only when necessary - Exchange or refunds are not allowed. Customers should check the items before payment - In the event of a defective item, exchange will only be arranged on the day of purchase and when accompanied by a receipt - Customers should check the items thoroughly in the event of exchange. If the same item is no longer available for exchange, customers may choose to exchange it for a stocked product of equal or greater value. If the chosen item is of greater value, the customer will pay the difference. If the chosen item is of less value, no refund will be allowed on the difference [Queue management] - First come first serve - Pop up store staff will ensure queuing in an orderly manner - For the first time slot 15-20 customers will be allowed in the store, then 5 more customers will be allowed to enter every 10-15 mins - In order to better control the queue inside the store, there will be a set route and customers are required to enter from the door at the Basement facing Upper Station Street, and leave the store from the exit at Tai Ping Shan Street [Emergency] - In case of any emergency, pop up management shall be informed - In case of theft or robbery, pop up staff will have to call the Police immediately and inform - In case of fire, all pop up staff and customers must leave the pop up immediately
