Entering <LE SSERAFIM 2025 S/S POP UP - THE HOT HOUSE> does not require prior reservation. Register on the on-site queuing system, wait for your turn, and enter. 2. For your optimal experience, the on-site queuing system will go into effect only if the number of occupants exceeds the limit. 3. Entry registration may close early depending on on-site circumstances. 4. Even those who have already registered for entry may have their entry delayed or denied, depending on the number of customers already inside. 5. You can spend up to one hour at the POP UP after you enter. [Making Your Purchase and Precautions] 1. The Merch.zone is located on the 2nd floor. Purchasing merchandise is limited to once per person. 2. Write the quantity of the merchandise you wish to purchase in the order sheet provided at the entrance and submit it to the counter on the 2nd floor for payment. Then, you will receive the products on the spot. 3. All products may sell out early. 4. The number of items one customer can purchase may be limited depending on the product, and payment may be denied or canceled if it exceeds the limit. 5. The purchase limit for each product can be checked on-site and is subject to change depending on availability. 6. Shopping bags are available for customers with product purchases at an additional cost. Otherwise, they cannot be purchased separately without a valid reason. 7. Cash payments are not accepted. LE SSERAFIM 5th Mini Album ‘HOT’ can only be purchased through the QR code displayed at the POP UP. Please consult the on-site staff should you need additional information regarding making purchases. [Exchanges and Refunds] 1. For exchanges and refunds, please bring the item, receipt, and method of payment within 14 days of making the purchase. 2. During the operating period, exchanges and refunds are available only at the store where you purchased your item. 3. After the operating period, refunds will not be available regardless of the 14-day purchase policy. 4. For inquiries on exchanges after the operating period, please contact us via email (popup@hybecorp.com). 5. Refunds or exchanges will be denied in the following cases: - Items mended or repaired - Damaged packaging or labels (cut, lost, damaged labels, or missing packaging) caused by the customer - Products with signs of being used, worn, or washed - Products with damaged or lost value due to negligence on the customer’s part (such as improper storage or handling) 6. Refunds will only be provided when all gifts received with the purchase are also returned. Otherwise, your request for a refund may be denied. 7.
