Please Note - Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code. - The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue. - Shopping bags are available for purchase only when buying products. You cannot buy a shopping bag separately without purchasing any products. - The purchase limit per person may vary depending on each album, and payment may be rejected or canceled if you exceed this limit. - Please ask the on-site staff at the POP UP for help with questions regarding on-site pickup. 8. Payment Information - You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card. - If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card. - If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, or CNY, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency. - USD - PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, and Grab pay - JPY - PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay - CNY - Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay [Exchange and Refund] 1. Purchases that are not picked up on the day will be canceled and refunded after the POP UP ends. 2. Exchanges and returns are available only at the POP UP venue during the event period. 4. No refunds will be available after the POP UP event ends, even within 14 days of purchasing the product(s). 5. For exchanges after the POP UP event ends, please contact Help on Weverse Shop. 6. If you want an exchange for a defective album and the album is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead. 7. A refund will be made with the original payment method. Any received event gifts must also be returned upon refund. 8. Exchange and refund are not available in the following cases. - If the special gift(s) provided with the purchase is not returned or damaged - If the product is lost, damaged, or destroyed due to customer negligence, including damaging or losing the product label (cutting or damaging tags, packaging, etc.) - If you have used the product(s) - If the value of the product has decreased to the point where it cannot be resold
