[Event Details] * Operating Hours: Thursday, September 11, 2025 * Operating Hours: 10:00AM - 6:00PM (PT) * Location: 9061 Krueger St (9061 Krueger Street Culver City, CA 90232 United States) [RSVP Information] * RSVP will be available from September 8th at 6:00 PM (PT). [Entry Information] * This event operates on an online reservation system.(LINK) * Each slot is an hour long, and you may be instructed to exit once your slot is finished. * You must arrive at least 10 minutes before your RSVP slot starts and wait in the line outside of the store as guided by staff members. * Entrance may be restricted if you arrive after your slot has started. * Walk-in visitors are accepted, but the entrance is not guaranteed. * You must have your RSVP confirmation email and ID with you. * Chairs and tents are not allowed while waiting. * Please note that overnight waiting is not permitted. * Photos and videos are permitted only within Stage 7 & Stage 8 where the POP UP is. Guests cannot photograph or film that are not under jurisdiction of the event (i.e. other stages, clients, and tenants). * Behaviors that may harm other visitors may be restricted by on-site security and the management team. * Once your slot starts, staff members outside may guide you into the entrance. [Management Policy] By entering the 2025 LE SSERAFIM 'EASY CRAZY HOT' TOUR Special POP UP in LA, all visitors are considered to have agreed to the following guidelines. * Food and beverage consumption is not allowed inside the store. * All animals are restricted except for service animals. * LE SSERAFIM 'EASY CRAZY HOT' TOUR Special POP UP in LA is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of visitors’ belongings or injury. * By entering this site, you consent to being recorded and photographed. * Video and photo recording may take place inside the POP UP store. Visitors' faces may be captured and the footage may be used on official social media channels or in other media. * The management team reserves the right to ask visitors to leave if they fail to comply with pop-up policies or pose a risk to other visitors. [Product Purchase, Exchange, and Refund Policy] * All sales prices do not include sales tax. * Only credit card payment and Mobile Wallet tap to pay is accepted * Accepted Payment Methods: - Credit cards, pre-paid cards, debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) - Others: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, etc. * Exchanges or refunds due to change of mind are not permitted. * Exchanges due to product defects can only be processed on-site with the receipt, so please check your items before leaving the POP UP site. * There will be restocking, but some items may be sold out early and not available. * Some products may have a purchase quantity limit per item. Please check in-store signage for details. * Refunds for defective items are only available if the same item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged. * If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, it cannot be exchanged for the same item and a refund will be issued instead. * If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may exchange it for a different item of equal or higher value. If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid. * When requesting a refund, any promotional gifts received must also be returned. Failure to do so may result in the refund being denied. * Exchanges require approval from POP UP staff and may be denied for the following reasons: - If there are signs of use or wear - If the product label or tag is missing or damaged - If the product has been damaged due to customer negligence - If the product has been opened or damaged, or if any components or packaging are missing or broken * For promotional gift items, minor defects such as dents, scratches, or pressure marks 5mm or smaller are not considered damage and are not eligible for exchange or refund. * The final decision on all exchanges and refunds lies with the POP UP operations team.
