[NOTICE] Additional LE SSERAFIM Fan Etiquette Guidelines (2026.08.)

Hello. This is your LE SSERAFIM fan club manager. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all FEARNOT for your unwavering love and support for LE SSERAFIM. Following our previous fan etiquette notice, we would like to provide the following additional guidelines to help foster a healthy fan culture and protect the rights and well-being of our artists. 1. The transfer, lending, or forgery of identification documents at in-person events is strictly prohibited. We have recently identified cases at LE SSERAFIM in-person and video call fan signing events, open music shows, and other events in which winning tickets and identification documents were transferred to other individuals, identification documents were forged, or individuals impersonated others. The transfer or use of another person’s identification documents at fan events, as well as the forgery of identification documents or other official documents, is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that such actions not only deprive other FEARNOT of opportunities to participate, but may also constitute legal violations. 2. Verbal abuse and inappropriate behavior toward the artists are prohibited both online and in person. Verbal abuse or any other behavior that poses a physical or psychological threat to the artists is strictly prohibited in all online and in-person settings, including fan signing events and Weverse DMs. Please be advised once again that individuals who make unreasonable requests or demands of the artists, engage in inappropriate speech or conduct, or make unnecessary physical contact at event venues may be subject to immediate sanctions, including removal from the venue. In addition, secretly photographing or recording the artists without their consent, or distributing such materials, is strictly prohibited in areas where photography is not permitted, at unofficial schedule locations, or in private spaces. Furthermore, visiting unofficial schedule locations such as airports or private spaces, excessively approaching the artists along their routes, blocking their path, or moving in close proximity to them in a manner that threatens their safety is extremely dangerous and may result in accidents or injuries. For the safety of the artists and everyone present at the scene, please refrain from excessive approaches or any behavior that interferes with the artists’ movement. 3. Consequences for Violations of Fan Etiquette Rules If any violations of fan etiquette are identified at fan events organized by our company, online or in-person events hosted by external parties, undisclosed schedule locations, or private spaces, immediate sanctions and removal from the venue may be imposed. Furthermore, if any violations of fan etiquette are identified after this notice is posted, restrictions on participation in future fan events, including open music shows, fan signing events, and membership-exclusive events, may be imposed without prior notice. Please also be advised that these measures may also be taken without prior notice against individuals who were found to have transferred or received tickets at recent fan signing events, as well as individuals found to have forged identification documents at open music shows. We sincerely ask for the active cooperation of all FEARNOT in creating a safe and healthy fan culture where LE SSERAFIM and FEARNOT can continue to share meaningful experiences together. We will continue to make every effort to foster a healthy fan culture and protect the rights and well-being of our artists. Thank you.
