IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PURCHASE · Purchase Limits: * OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK and Member Jerseys are limited to 1 per person. * Member Jerseys are considered a single item category for purchase limit purposes.(Max 1 per person) You can only get 1 size of a member out of 5 members. * All other merchandise is limited to 2 per person. * Purchase limits are subject to change depending on on-site circumstances. Please check the information at the on-site sales booth. · GWP Photocards for Zip-up and Track Jacket * Each Track Jacket and Zip-up Hoodie comes with a 5-photocard GWP set. Please note that the photocard images differ by product. · Album purchase: * New released single album ‘Made My Night’: - Available exclusively at the LA show. - On-site purchase will count towards the Billboard charts. - Please note that GWP photocards are NOT provided for the single album purchases. - Purchase limit: 1 per version per person (6 versions total, max. 6 albums per person). * 2nd Studio Album ‘PUREFLOW’ pt.1: - Available at the Tacoma and San Jose shows. - No purchase limits apply to 2nd Studio Album ‘PUREFOW’ pt.1. - One random US tour exclusive GWP photocard (1 out of 5 types) will be provided for each PUREFLOW album purchased. Payment Methods: Due to the venue policy, payments can only be made by card. * Accepted Payments Methods: - Credit cards and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc. - Others: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, etc. - Please note that certain payment methods may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company or stadium. Currency: All payments must be made in the local currency. Sales Tax: All sales prices do not include sales tax. Shopping Bags: No bags will be provided, in accordance with venue policy. Refunds & Exchanges: * Refunds or exchanges are not provided for a simple change of mind. * Exchange due to product defects can only be done on-site at the venue. Please check your product carefully after you receive it. * A valid receipt is required to exchange any defective item. (If the item is sold out and a replacement is not available, a refund will be provided.) Early Sold Out: Products may be sold out early and sales may end early if all items are sold out. Operating Hours/Location: Booth locations and operating hours may change depending on on-site circumstances. No Overnight Lining: Please do not line up overnight. Your safety cannot be guaranteed during night hours, and any lines may be asked to disperse. Counterfeit/Illegal Products: * Do not purchase illegal merchandise. The 2026 LE SSERAFIM PUREFLOW TOUR in the United States official merchandise will be sold at the official merchandise sales booth at the concert venue and the official online store, Weverse Shop. Please ensure that you are not adversely affected by purchasing illegal merchandise. * Counterfeit or imitation light sticks cannot be linked with central concert control.
