[How to Send Fan Letters] Delivering letters in person at the company or handing them directly to the artists is not allowed. (e.g., OHYUL, RYUL, WOOJIN, LOUIS) – Only letters in standard-sized envelopes (or regular letter envelopes) containing paper materials will be accepted. – Any items sent in forms other than standard envelopes will be treated as parcels (gifts) and may be returned or discarded without notice. Examples of items that cannot be delivered: message books, notebooks, CDs, USBs, small parcel boxes containing fan letters, etc. – EMS shipments that require cash on delivery or include customs fees will not be accepted and will be returned. – MORE VISION is an active work environment for company staff, and visits from fans are strictly prohibited.
