We are sharing the following fan etiquette guidelines so that we can build a healthy fan culture together and protect the safety and rights of the artists. There have been ongoing incidents in which people unlawfully obtain the artists’ flight information and closely follow their movements within the airport, or book the same flights in order to approach them and interfere with their movements. In addition, during overseas schedules, more people have been following the artists by car during undisclosed or personal schedules, or secretly filming them from close range. Such behavior violates the safety and privacy of LNGSHOT members, including minors, and can cause psychological anxiety and discomfort to the artists as well as put them at physical risk. Airports are public spaces used by many people, and these actions can disrupt airport order and security, cause harm to other passengers, and negatively affect the artists’ reputation and image. Any attempt to approach, film, or initiate conversation with the artists, as well as any filming on board the aircraft or attempts to deliver letters or gifts, is strictly prohibited. If such actions are repeated, measures may go beyond on-site restraint and lead to police reports and legal penalties. Furthermore, any information or footage secretly collected without the artists’ consent during undisclosed schedules, in private spaces, or during their personal activities may constitute an invasion of privacy. LNGSHOT’s official schedules and content can be checked through the LNGSHOT Weverse channel. We would also like to reiterate that we are responding proactively and without leniency to individuals who have verbally abused or threatened the artists during fan events, in order to protect them. To avoid disadvantages such as being barred from participating in future fan events due to inappropriate remarks or threatening behavior, please make sure to carefully read and follow the fan etiquette guidelines provided below. [Fan Etiquette Rules] 1. Acts that threaten airport order and safety are prohibited. - Approaching the artist at close range, attempting to film or converse in disregard of airport rules, or following their movements or route in order to do so - Indiscriminate filming, attempts to converse, excessive physical contact, or delivering gifts and letters in any area of the airport, including both public and restricted zones (immigration area, security checkpoint, duty-free shop, gate, lounge, in-flight cabin, baggage claim area, etc.) - Illegally obtaining or sharing travel-related information such as flight numbers or seat numbers, or taking the same flight in order to approach, film, or attempt to deliver letters and gifts on board - Refusing to comply with requests to maintain order in the airport, causing congestion, or obstructing vehicle movement 2. Visits to unofficial schedules and private spaces are prohibited. - Visiting any unofficial schedule locations or private spaces other than official schedules announced through official accounts and notices on the LNGSHOT Weverse (company, accommodation and its vicinity, hotels, and other places the artist is visiting or related locations), filming there, distributing such photos or videos, or waiting there to attempt conversation - Waiting, following, or filming at or near the artist’s accommodation during overseas schedules - Sending or leaving gifts or letters at the artist’s private spaces (accommodation, family home, etc.) 3. Stalking of the artist is prohibited. - Persistently contacting, visiting, loitering near, attempting to converse with, or making physical contact with the artist, or attempting such actions - Engaging in the same behaviors toward the artist’s family, acquaintances, friends, etc. - Illegally copying, producing, or obtaining badges or passes within concert or event venues in order to access areas around the artist, such as waiting rooms 4. Selling and purchasing the artist’s personal information is prohibited. - Selling or buying, or attempting to sell or buy, the artist’s personal information such as resident registration number, phone number, home address, IDs, etc. - Selling or buying, or attempting to sell or buy, flight information such as flight numbers or seat numbers for the artist’s arrivals and departures domestically or internationally 5. Taking photos, filming video, or making audio recordings outside permitted areas is not allowed. - Visiting unofficial schedule locations or private spaces and secretly filming or recording the artist without the artist’s consent - Taking photos or videos, recording audio, or conducting video or audio broadcasts (live streaming) in places where filming is not allowed - Bringing in any devices capable of filming or recording (excluding mobile phones) in violation of concert or event venue regulations, or using a mobile phone for the purpose of recording or filming - Any other acts that constitute copyright infringement related to filming or recording - Areas where filming is not permitted: inside airports, inside broadcasting stations, concert venues where filming is prohibited, etc. 6. Acts that interfere with artist-related work are prohibited. - Interfering with the work of artist managers or staff, domestic or overseas security teams, or other related personnel, or refusing to comply with their requests for cooperation - Blocking the artist from getting into a vehicle or blocking the vehicle so that it cannot move - Chasing the artist’s vehicle using other vehicles or other means of transportation 7. Other inappropriate acts are prohibited. - Impersonating another person for fan activities (transferring an ID card, using an illegally obtained ID card, using or forging someone else’s ID card or other documents, etc.) - Committing acts that threaten the artist physically or psychologically - Any other inappropriate acts that, in line with the above, should not be done as a fan or may be criticized by the fandom [Measures for Fan Etiquette Violations] 1. If any act that violates these fan etiquette rules is detected, entry to official schedule venues (concerts, public broadcasts, fan sign events, etc.) may be restricted without prior notice, and you may be permanently barred from applying to participate. 2. If illegal filming is detected, you may be required to delete the recorded audio and video materials, and you will be forcibly removed from the venue. 3. The company bears no responsibility for any damage to devices that occurs because of failure to comply during the process of detecting violations or during removal measures. As many LNGSHOT members are still minors who are in the process of growing up, they require even more careful protection and consideration. So that LNGSHOT and all of you, the fans, can continue artist and fan activities together in an enjoyable and healthy way while respecting one another, we ask for your active cooperation in establishing a proper fan culture.
