Winners can now visit their Event Entries on Weverse to verify their results. All winners will also be notified via email after Fri, March 13th, 2026, 11:59 PM (CST). [Event Date] Tuesday, March 31st (exact timing to be shared with winners) Congratulations to all the event winners! [Please Note] ※ The information of the event participant and the winner must match and the event winnings cannot be transferred to another person. ※ The event winners will receive the opportunity to participate in the video call event. * The winners will be required to provide additional personal information as follows: : Types of collected personal information: Name (last and first name), Email (Weverse ID), Email (Zoom), mobile phone number, State/City, Form of ID presented at the event, etc. : Purpose of collecting personal information: For identity verification and event operation of Low Clika ‘Julieta’ Video Call Event : Personal information provided to: Weverse Company and HYBE LATIN AMERICA : Duration of keeping and using personal information: 3 months after the winner announcement for the event participants, and 3 months after the event ends for the winners Only the event winner may participate in the event. The event winnings cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. (If such activity is detected, you will be disqualified from participating.) When participating in this event, winners must bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes. Participation is strictly prohibited without a valid photo ID in person. In accordance with Weverse Company's policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, this event is open to those aged 18 or older (born on or before March 31, 2006). Those born after March 31, 2006, are not permitted to enter without a parent or guardian. Please note that you may appear in any content pertaining to the event on official HYBE LATIN AMERICA and Weverse social platforms. [Winner Guidelines] 1. Before the video call with the artist, your identity will be verified by staff. Please prepare your valid photo ID in advance. ※ What is a valid photo ID? - Mexican nationality: INE, Driver’s License, Passport, Official student ID will be accepted. - Non-Mexican nationality: Passport, Driver’s License, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) * Other IDs (e.g., student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed. * All IDs must be presented physically in the video call and must not be expired, to be considered valid. Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app before the event begins. * The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the event application. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted. * For participants who entered the application with a name in a language other than English or Spanish, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English or Spanish names on their passports, they may be asked to present an additional ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the application with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. * When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs. 2. Event staff will monitor and record the video call. If the participant uses inappropriate language or inappropriate behavior such as swearing, vulgar language, sexual expressions, or artist defamation during the call, it will be terminated immediately. The recorded content will be used as follows: - Purpose of collection and use: Low Clika ‘Julieta’ Video Call Event - Type of collected content: Low Clika ‘Julieta’ Video Call - Retention and use period: 30 days after the event ends, or in accordance with relevant laws and regulations * The collected personal information will be used solely for the operation of the event and will be promptly destroyed once the purpose is achieved. 3.
