Reservation Information 1) Fan club Verification Process for Fan club Pre-sale - Verification Period for Fan club pre-sale: September 27th (Fri) 2:00PM(KST) ~ October 4th (Fri) 11:59:59PM(KST) - The members of NCT 127’s official Fan club “NCTzen 127”(GL) membership on Weverse can reserve the ticket in advance only when completing the verification process for the Fan club through this page to reserve the ticket of the concert. Please make sure to finish the verification process for the Fan club within the applicable period. - For the verification process for Fan club Pre-sale can be done through the Weverse account registered with NCT 127’s official Fan club “NCTzen 127”(GL) membership. - If the Fan club verification is done on the Korean reservation page, Fan club Pre-sale is only available on the Korean reservation page. If the Fan club Pre-sale is sold out, there may be no seats available for reservation when the General Sale opens. 4) Wheelchair Accessible Seats - Fan club Pre-sale period for Wheelchair accessible seats: October 4th (Fri) 10:00AM(KST) ~ 5:59:59PM(KST) - General Sale schedule for Wheelchair accessible seats: October 7th (Mon) 10:00AM(KST) ~ - Wheelchair Accessible seats can be reserved through Melon Ticket 1:1 online inquiry. You can reserve up to two wheelchair accessible seats per show, including your companion. Accompanying guests must also purchase tickets to enter, so please make sure to reserve tickets together in advance. - Wheelchair accessible seats are spaces without chairs and can only be used by those who hold a certificate of a person with a disability register card (or welfare card) and use a wheelchair. Even if they hold a certificate of a person with a disability register card (or welfare card), spectators who do not use wheelchairs cannot use them. - You can receive your tickets for wheelchair accessible seats on-site on the concert day after presenting the original copy of your eligible ID and disability register card (or welfare card). If you do not present eligible documents, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter the venue. - Wheelchair accessible seat tickets can only be picked up on-site, and you can receive your tickets on the day of the concert after verifying your identity. Precautions for Reservation - The concert organizer/organizing company is not responsible for any problems caused by tickets purchased or acquired through a route other than a designated ticket agency for this concert. - Tickets transferred from someone other than a designated ticket agency, or purchased through personal transactions, purchase agencies, or other illegal transactions, cannot be canceled or refunded, and may be invalidated or subject to legal action without prior notice. - Ticket cancellation, change, and refund are only possible at the ticket office where you purchased the ticket.
