Reservation Information 1) Fanclub Verification Process for Fanclub Presale - Verification Period for Fanclub Presale: January 8th, 2025 (Wed) 2:00PM(KST) ~ January 13th, 2025 (Mon) 11:59:59PM(KST) - The members of NCT WISH’s official Fanclub “NCTzen WISH” membership(GL) on Weverse can reserve the ticket in advance only when completing the verification process for the Fanclub through this page to reserve the ticket of the show. Please make sure to finish the verification process for the Fanclub within the applicable period. - For the verification process for Fanclub Presale can be done through the Weverse account registered with NCT WISH’s official Fanclub “NCTzen WISH” membership(GL). - If the Fanclub verification is done on the Korean reservation page, Fanclub Presale is only available on the Korean reservation page. If the Fanclub verification is done on the global reservation page, Fanclub Presale is only available on the global reservation page. - For each Melon Ticket ID in your name, only one Weverse account that applied for Presale can be verificated, and duplicate verification is not possible. - The membership information that completes the verification process cannot be amended, canceled or reused. You cannot verify yourself again even if you leave the Melon Ticket membership. - Presale is valid only if you maintain membership status until the day of the show. However, in the case of transfer payment method, the reservation will be completed only after the deposit is made by 11:59:59PM(KST) on the day of the reservation. If the deposit is not completed within the period, the reserved ticket will be automatically canceled. - Even if Fanclub verification has been completed, tickets can only be purchased through General Sales after the Fanclub Presale period has passed, so please be sure to check the verification and Presale period. If the Fanclub Presale is sold out, there may be no seats available for reservation when the General Sale opens. 4) Wheelchair Accessible Seats - Fanclub Presale period for Wheelchair accessible seats: January 13th, 2025 (Mon) 10:00AM(KST)~ 5:59:59PM(KST) - General Sale period for Wheelchair accessible seats: January 15th, 2025 (Wed) 10:00AM(KST) ~ - Global reservations for wheelchair seats are not available by phone and can only be available via Melon Ticket 1:1 online inquiry. - You can buy up to 2 seats per person for each show including your companion. - You can only buy wheelchair accessible seats only when the name of the buyer is identical to the name in the disability register card(or welfare card). If you are not the person who have bought it, you and your companion will not be allowed to watch the show. - You can receive your tickets for wheelchair accessible seats on-site on the show day after presenting the original copy of your eligible ID and disability register card(or welfare card). If you don't attend, you can't get a ticket or use a wheelchair seat. - The wheelchair accessible seat zones do not have any seats. It will be available only for those who use wheelchairs. For those who do not use wheelchairs will not be able to use the wheelchair accessible seats even if they have their welfare cards.
