안녕하세요. 어도어입니다. 당사는 올 하반기 뉴진스에 대한 명예훼손, 모욕, 성희롱, 허위사실, 악의적 비방 등 악성 게시물 작성자를 상대로 정기적인 법적 대응을 시작했습니다. 이와 관련한 진행 상황을 말씀드립니다. 당사는 팬 여러분의 제보와 자체 모니터링을 통해 수집한 증거 자료를 바탕으로 수사기관에 다수의 고소장을 제출했습니다. 성적 수치심이나 혐오감을 일으키는 다수의 게시물의 경우 통신매체이용음란 혐의로 고소 대상에 포함했습니다. 아티스트의 영상을 악의적으로 2차 가공하는 게시물도 법적 조치 대상에 포함됩니다. 멤버 전원이 미성년자임을 고려해 이러한 악성 게시물에 대해 강경하게 대응하고 있습니다. 당사는 앞으로도 아티스트의 권익을 침해하는 악성 게시물에 대해서는 강력하게 법적 대응을 할 것임을 알려 드립니다. 아티스트 권익 침해 관련한 법적 대응 과정에 어떠한 합의나 선처도 없습니다. 뉴진스에 대한 악성 게시물 수집과 신고, 법적 대응은 정기적으로 진행됩니다. 앞으로도 팬 여러분의 관심과 어도어 법적 대응 계정(protect@ador.world)을 통한 적극적인 제보 부탁드립니다. 뉴진스를 향한 팬 여러분의 애정과 헌신에 늘 감사드립니다. 어도어는 아티스트의 권익 보호를 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠습니다. 감사합니다. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello. This is ADOR. Our company initiated regular legal proceedings against perpetrators of malicious activities related to NewJeans, including defamation, personal attacks, sexual harassment, the spread of groundless information and ill-intentioned criticism in the second half of this year. We would like to provide some information on these activities. We have filed several criminal complaints using information provided by fans as well as collected through our monitoring initiatives. We included in the criminal complaints the multiple postings that involve sexual harassment and abhorrent content for violating Obscene Acts by Using Means of Communication. Postings that modify the artists’ clips or videos with malicious intention are also subject to legal actions. We are taking strongest measures possible against such malicious activities as all the members of the group are minors. We would like to inform you that we will continue to take strong measures against malicious postings that violate our artists’ rights. Our policy of no settlement and no leniency under any circumstances during the legal proceedings against such invasion of artists’ rights remains in effect. We will regularly collect information on malicious postings regarding NewJeans, report them to the authorities and file criminal complaints.
