Refusing to sign the NDA will result in your exemption from the event. * Taking photographs or videos, making audio recordings, or leaking the stage are strictly prohibited during the event. All devices capable of taking videos or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the studio where the recording is held. Please note that if you are discovered engaging in such activities, you will be asked to leave, and all recorded materials will be deleted immediately on-site. * Electronic devices and large items will be banned from being brought into the venue upon entrance. We suggest you refrain from bringing them to the event as there is a high risk of losing them. * Your viewing experience may be hindered by camera equipment during the event, and the faces of some audience members may be recorded and included in publicly disclosed content in the future. (Born before November 3, 2009) 👉What to Bring to the Event * Participants who fail to bring the required items may bring them before they are assigned the ticket number. After they bring the items they will be marked as late and will get a number that comes after other participants. We ask you to prepare in advance and appreciate your cooperation. ② Official Light Stick ✔ Important Information On-Site * Using personal cheering tools (placard, slogan, cell phone placard app, doll, fan, etc.) is prohibited. * Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to this event as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to music program no-shows. * Leaving your assigned seat is strictly prohibited. *Please be aware that due to the limited parking spaces available at the recording location, personal vehicles cannot be accommodated. * Photography, videography and audio recording is strictly prohibited inside the venue during the recording. Photography, videography or audio recording devices are not allowed inside the venue. If you are discovered taking photos or videos or recording during the event, you may be subject to disadvantages such as being denied entry to the fan club seats by the authority of the security team or staff. We ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure a safe and enjoyable performance experience for all Bunnies. * Actions such as running to the vehicle of NewJeans members arriving or leaving is extremely dangerous. If you are discovered engaging in such actions, you will be banned from participating in future recordings. We ask for your cooperation to ensure a safe recording for all Bunnies and NewJeans members. * If you were included in the participant list after application but do not participate in the event you will receive a penalty. (This does not apply to standby guests) * If you fail to arrive on time for the roll call or miss your turn because you have stood in the wrong order you will be marked late and will be assigned the number bigger than other participants. * If you are discovered to be a fan of another artist, you will be banned from entering the event and may receive penalties. * You may leave your letters to NewJeans to the staff when entering the venue. However, gifts other than letters are not permitted. ✔ Other Information * We are not responsible for page access issues caused by network problems. * Posting a screenshot of your application on social media may lead to misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screen capture with anyone.
