(Set)] Weverse Shop購入者+New Jeans Official Light Stick所持者のみ申し込みが可能です。 ※New Jeans 2nd EP「Get Up」(Weverse Albums ver.)は当該イベント応募対象外となります。 * 上記の2つの条件を満たしていない方のお申込みは不可となっており、公開放送にご参加いただくことはできません。 申込フォームは申込み開始10分前にオープンします。また、申込ページはサーバー時間を基準とします。 * 本イベントは、満15歳以上からご参加いただけます。(生年月日が2008年12月25日以前の方) 👉必須準備物 * 準備物に不備がある場合、入場番号をお受け取りになる前までに用意されましたら準備物の確認をさせていただきます。但し、確認後には遅刻者として処理され、正規および予備参加者より遅い番号が配分されます。(入場可否は、現場の状況によります。) ① 身分証明書(本人確認が可能な顔写真付きの身分証明書) * 身分証明書は、公開放送への参加申込の際に入力した情報と一致する場合にのみ確認可能であり、お名前／生年月日／顔写真をすべて含む本人確認が可能な実物の身分証明書である必要があります。撮影した画像、印刷物、携帯電話のスクリーンショット画像などは認められません。 (ex.) 身分証明書上のお名前：バニーズ → お申込時にご入力いただいたお名前：バニーズ(O)／Bunnies (X) 身分証明書上のお名前：Bunnies → お申込時にご入力いただいたお名前：Bunnies(O)／バニーズ(X) - 韓国国籍の方：パスポート、住民登録証、運転免許証、青少年証(住民センター発行) - 韓国国籍以外の方：パスポート、外国人登録証 - 学生証や有効期限切れの身分証明書ではご本人確認ができません。 - 身分証明書の顔写真がご本人でない場合や毀損などにより顔写真の確認が不可能な場合、当該身分証明書では、ご本人確認ができません。 - モバイル身分証明書の場合、スクリーンショット画像は認められません。現場でモバイルの身分証明書アプリの実行を求められることがあります。 - 現場にて身分証明書の顔写真と実際のお顔が一致しないと判断した場合、追加確認を求めさせていただくことがあります。ご協力のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。 - 発行申請確認書は必ず機関長印で割印を押した上で、写真および人的事項・発行番号・有効期限のところは透明フィルムを貼り付けたものでなければなりません。偽造・変造が疑われる場合、認められません。 - JPショップ加入者に限り、英語表記以外で入会し、パスポート上の名前では本人確認ができない場合、現場で顔写真と英語表記以外の名前が記載されている身分証明書を追加でご提示いただくことがあります。事前にご用意いただきますよう、ご協力のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。 ② OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK - 現地で確認できない場合は入場できません。 ✔ ご入場及びご観覧時の注意事項 * 個人の応援グッズ(プラカード、スローガン、携帯電話のLEDライト、ぬいぐるみ類、うちわなど)の使用は禁じられています。 * 不正なプログラムによる申込、金銭取引による代理申込、他人による代理申込、配布された番号を譲渡したり譲渡を受けるなど不正な方法による申込が発覚した場合、いかなる場合においても配布を受けた入場番号は認められず、当該イベントへのご参加は不可となります。また、イベント不参加者と同様な不利益が生じます。 * ファンクラブ席が指定されている場合、任意で席を離脱する行動は禁じられています。 * 公開放送が行われるスタジオ内での写真・動画の撮影及び録音は固く禁止されており、撮影及び録音が可能な機器の持ち込みも禁止されています。公開放送の現場で写真・動画の撮影及び録音行為が発覚した場合、テレビ局の警護班またはテレビ局スタッフの判断によりファンクラブ席への入場制限など、不利益が生じることがあります。公開放送に参加されたBunniesの皆さんが安全に楽しくご観覧いただくためのものですので、何卒、Bunniesの皆さんのご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。 * NewJeansメンバーが移動する際にアーティストの車に飛び込むなどの行為は極めて危険です。当該行為が発覚した場合、当該会員は今後行われるすべての公開放送にご参加いただくことができません。Bunniesの皆さんとNewJeansメンバーの安全のために、お互いに配慮し、安全な公開放送現場になるようご協力お願いいたします。 * 事前申請を通じて参加名簿に含まれた後、公開放送の現場に参加しなかった場合ペナルティが課せられます。(予備番号を除く) * 参加者確認時刻までに待機列に到着できていない場合、または入場スタンバイ時に順番通りにお並びにならなかったため本人確認の順番が過ぎた場合、遅刻者として処理され、正規参加者より遅い番号が配分されます。 * 他のアーティストのファンであることが発覚した場合、当該公開放送へご参加いただくことができず、ファンクラブの活動において不利益が生じることがあります。 * 公開放送の入場確認の際に現場のスタッフにお手紙をお渡しいただければ、NewJeansのメンバーにお届けいたします。お手紙以外のプレゼントはお渡しいただけません。 ✔ その他 * 通信エラーによるネットワーク障害については責任を負いかねます。 * 参加申込のスクリーンショット画像をSNSなどに公開する場合、悪用される恐れがあります。スクリーンショット画像などを他人に共有されませんようお願いいたします。(当該内容で受け付けられた通報は、すべて不利益の対象となります。) * 個人情報の収集・利用に関する同意および個人情報の第三者への提供に関する同意にご同意いただけない場合、イベント参加の申込をいただくことができません。 ※個人情報の収集・利用に関する同意 収集主体：(株)Weverse Company 収集目的：NewJeans Weverseコミュニティ入会者を対象とするイベント申込資格の確認のための個人情報の収集 収集する情報：Weverse ID、名前(姓名)、生年月日、携帯電話番号 保有および利用期間：お申込時からファンイベント終了後7日以内（但し、イベントに落選された場合、ご入力の個人情報は当選者発表後、直ちに破棄されます)。 ※個人情報の第三者への提供に関する同意 提供を受ける者：(株)ADOR、(株)HYBE 提供目的：NewJeans Weverseコミュニティ入会者を対象とするイベント申込資格の確認のための個人情報の収集とイベント進行時の本人確認および現場の運営 提供項目：名前(姓名)、生年月日、携帯電話番号 保有および利用期間：お申込時からファンイベント終了後7日以内。但し、イベントに落選された場合、ご入力の個人情報は当選者発表後、直ちに破棄されます。 上記の同意を拒否する権利があり、同意を拒否する場合、上記を目的とするサービスの利用が制限される場合があります。 公開放送に参加されるBunniesの皆さんが、安全に楽しくご観覧いただけますよう、事前に本お知らせを入念にご確認ください。 本お知らせの内容は、必要に応じて一部修正・追加されることがあります。 本お知らせをご確認いただけなかったことによる不利益は、責任を負いかねますのでご注意ください。 Bunniesの皆さんの多くのご関心とご参加をお願いいたします。 ありがとうございます。
