Hello. The app and firmware for the NewJeans Official light stick have been updated. Please update to the latest version of the “NewJeans Official Light Stick” app on the App Store for iPhone users or on the Play Store for Android users. Please make sure you update the firmware of your official light stick to the latest version (v1.6) in the new app. [How to Update the Firmware] - Run the latest version of the official “NewJeans Official Light Stick” app. - You can proceed with the firmware update by clicking the [Update LIGHT STICK] button on the top right menu of the app. [Firmware Update Information] - Please be sure to update the firmware before the NewJeans Fan Meeting 'Bunnies Camp 2024 Tokyo Dome' that will take place in June 2024. - The concert venue may be extremely congested on the concert day. Congestion at the site may slow down the firmware update process or result in its failure. If you update the firmware before arriving at the concert venue, you can complete the process without any delays. [Light Stick App Shortcut from the Weverse App] - You can now run the NewJeans Official Light Stick app directly from the Weverse app. - Both the Weverse app and the Official Light Stick app must be updated to the latest versions to use the new feature.
