To ensure a comfortable viewing, we would like to inform you of some important guidelines for the show. Please read the following guidelines carefully and enjoy the show. ※Please read below notes before attending the show ■ Please be aware that baggage checks will take place upon entry to the venue and note that electronic devices (cameras, binoculars with camera functions, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) and dangerous items are prohibited. There are no storage facilities inside the venue. So please leave large items such as suitcases in nearby coin lockers before entering the venue. On rainy days, umbrellas of all sizes are allowed to be brought in. However, please note that there is no umbrella storage area inside the venue, so please keep your umbrella at your seat. If any prohibited items are found, please follow the instructions of the staff. You will be allowed to enter once it has been confirmed that you do not have any prohibited items. For details on prohibited items, please refer to the illustration above. ■Please note that resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. If ticket listings or purchases are found on auction sites, social media, etc., the entry of the seller and buyer will be prohibited. Please note that these restrictions even apply to tickets that are given to other people free of charge. No refunds will be allowed for any ticket that has been resold. Any problems directly related to tickets acquired through resale or transfer are not the responsibility of the organizer, promoter, or official ticket seller. ■Cheering Merch (such as NewJeans light sticks) should be used at no higher than chest height during the show. The use of non-official products emitting light or sound is prohibited. Additionally, the use of unofficial cheering merchandise featuring artist likenesses that cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited. If you are found in possession of such prohibited goods, you will be asked to store them in external lockers before entering the venue. You may be denied entry if you fail to comply with these instructions. ■Sale, distribution or purchase of unofficial merchandise using NewJeans' likeness or name in or around the venue is strictly prohibited. Please note that legal action may be taken against anybody trading unofficial merchandise. ■ Recording or filming equipment (such as cameras, binoculars with camera functions, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) is not allowed to be brought into the venue. When in the venue any filming, audio recording or live streaming (live streaming of audio or video) is strictly prohibited. Please ensure your smartphone is set to silent mode and securely stored in your bag. If anyone is found to be recording, their data will be deleted and they will be immediately asked to leave the venue with no refunds payable. Please note that any disruptive actions may be filmed by venue staff for possible legal actions. ■Others ・Children aged 6 and above require a ticket. Children under 6 are not allowed entry. ・Open and start time, show content and performers are subject to change. Refunds will not be accepted for this reason. ・View from some seats may be obstructed. ・Please note some seats may require that you remain seated during the performance for safety reasons ・After purchasing a ticket, please contact H.I.P. 03-3475-9999 (weekdays 10:00am - 6:00pm JST) in advance for guidance on disabled/wheelchair-accessible areas. You will be guided to the disabled/wheelchair viewing area. Depending on the space available and the number of people who have applied, we may not be able to accommodate your request should those areas be full. Please note that even if you have purchased PREMIUM and Balcony seats, we will not be able to provide you with a seat within the PREMIUM/Balcony seating area as there are no disabled/wheelchair viewing areas available in that area. ・If you wish to contact via email about above guide for disabled area, please contact Ticket Pia Support Center "pia_info@linkst.jp（Weekdays 10:00am-6:00pm)" ・Tickets will not be reissued for any reason. ・In case the show is cancelled, please note that we do not compensate travel fee, accommodation fee, or any other costs you may have relating to the show cancellation. ・Please be noted that cancellation / changes / refunds will not be accepted for any reason after ticket orders have been fulfilled. ・ Please be aware that after the application period ends, no changes or cancellations can be made. ・No re-entry ・Please note that videos and photographs of the venue, including members of the audience, may be published. ・Please refer to this website for any updates on the latest guidance. ・Gifts such as flowers, letters, and offerings to the artist are not allowed. ・We kindly ask for your cooperation in following the guidance of the staff members inside and around the venue on the day of the performance. ・When entering, we may ask you to confirm your identity. Please be sure to bring a photo ID (copies not accepted, only originals accepted). Please see below for a valid ID list. ・If you plan to enter the venue without your companion(s) please ensure that the names of the companion(s) are registered on their tickets beforehand by following the relevant instructions on the PIA site ・Please note that tickets purchased through the Bunnies Membership (JP)/(GL) pre-orders cannot be distributed to the conmanion(s) through ticket agencies. Please ensure to check the instructions regarding ticket issuance, which was provided by Bunnies Membership and PIA. ーーーーー 【Items Required for Personal Identification】 1. One form of identification with a photo of the individual: -For Japanese nationals: Passport, Student ID card with photo, Resident Basic Registry Card with photo, My Number Card with photo, Driver's License, Credit card with photo, Disability Certificate with photo -For non-Japanese nationals: Passport, other official identification issued in Japan (Residence Card, Foreign Registration Certificate, My Number Card with photo, Resident Basic Registry Card with photo, Driver's License, Credit card with photo, Student ID card with photo, Disability Certificate with photo). ※ Identification documents other than the items listed above will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please make sure to bring one of the above items to the venue on the show day. ※ Copies of identification or expired documents will not be accepted. Please ensure to bring the original documents. 【Show Ticket】 Please note that if the name printed on the ticket does not match the name on the identification document, you will not be allowed entry. ※Please note that purchasers who bought tickets through the Bunnies Membership (JP)/(GL) pre-sale must also bring their Bunnies Membership (JP)/(GL) 'membership card' or 'DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD'. Physical membership cards are only sent when purchasing the Membership Kit. For those who do not have a physical membership card, please prepare the 'DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD' in the NewJeans Weverse > More Options ( ⋮ ) > Membership screen and bring it with you to the venue. ーーーーー ・We are unable to respond to inquiries concerning seat assignments. ・Complaints relating to seat assignments will not result in refunds or seat transfers. ・Show may be cancelled, curtailed or content may be changed due to severe weather or natural disaster. ・Accommodation expenses and transportation costs to the venue will be the responsibility of each individual. ・There are available parking areas around the venue, but the number of spaces is limited. We kindly ask that you use public transportation. Please do not wait for or chase after the artist at the airport during their visit to Japan. ・Please do not wait for the artist's arrival or departure at the venue and its surrounding areas either. The artist, organizers, and venue are not responsible for any accidents or issues that arise from such actions. Please resolve any problems among the parties involved. Additionally, if you engage in malicious behavior, you might be denied entry to the venue and may be handed over to the police. ・Please follow the instructions of the staff members at the venue. The performers, organizers, and venue will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur as a result of not following staff instructions. Do not engage in dangerous behavior such as throwing objects onto the stage or rushing towards it. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be asked to leave the venue. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be issued for your tickets. Please do not engage in any disruptive or dangerous behavior as this may lead to the cancellation of the event.
