Fan Letter is a service that invites fans to express their love and support for their favorite artists by writing, decorating, and sending personalized letters. You can use templates and stickers to add a personal touch to your letter! (Available on the Weverse app ver. 2.9.5 or higher) 🔎 How do I access Fan Letter? STEP 1. Go to a community on the Weverse app STEP 2. Tap "Fan Letter" on the Artist tab STEP 3. Welcome to Fan Letter! * But wait a minute! - You can see all of the fan letters that everyone wrote in the "ALL" category! - In the "MY", you'll find all the fan letters that you sent! - You can see the fan letters from each community! 🔎 How do I use Fan Letter? Anyone can send fan letters when they join a community on Weverse! But, you will be asked once to complete SMS authentication. * You will need to complete the SMS authentication process once when you enter Fan Letter for the first time, regardless of which community you access Fan Letter from. If you are currently a Membership holder or have a Membership history, you will not need to complete the authentication process again. Fan letters can be sent for free up to 3 times from each community you joined, each month. Please work with us to observe basic etiquette and to make sure your heartfelt letters for the artists won't be overshadowed by spams, and malicious and abusive messages! If you want to send more fan letters, you can purchase more fan letter vouchers using Weverse Jelly (an in-app currency for Weverse). (※ Please note that some communities do not allow you to send more than 3 fan letters each month as per their policy.) 💌 How to have fun with Fan Letter! 💌 ⭐️ Decorate your fan letter! - Decorate your letter using the fun and adorable templates and stickers, including D-day stickers, calendars, emojis and many more! Add your personal touch to your heartfelt letter! - Use the text font slider to make your fonts bigger or smaller. - Use the pen to draw and write. You can adjust the color, the thickness, and the style! - Upload the images from your photo album to use them as photo stickers! ⭐️ Show your support for other users' fan letters! - You can leave hearts on fan letters written by other fans. If they moved your heart, give them your heart! 💌 Please keep this in mind when using Fan Letter! 💌 📌 Show respect for the artist and other fans! Fan letters filled with love bring joy and comfort to the artists. Respect each other, observe basic etiquette and be kind to one another. Fan letters containing texts and images that violate the service operation policy and Korean laws cannot be sent. If you send fan letters with the following contents, you may face restrictions from using this service: * Please note that refunds will not be available for purchased fan letter vouchers that were reported and deleted due to violation of service operation policies and Korean laws. (1) Texts and images that may offend artists and other fans (deprecation, criticism, coercion, pornography, ridicule, intimidation, and similar content) (2) Identical fan letters that are meaninglessly repeated (spamming) (3) Malicious impersonation of individuals, such as artists, service staff, or specific users. (4) Fan letters that include personal information that can be used to identify a specific individual (mobile phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) (5) Fan letters that violate Korean laws, such as fan letters containing illegally filmed content * Fan Letter employs AI-based image filtering technology that will automatically filter for malicious and abusive messages. We also have a monitoring system in place for real-time disciplinary actions against malicious and abusive messages, as well as spams. The users will be asked once to complete SMS authentication when they begin using the service to make sure they do not abuse the service and be more discreet and cautious about what they write in their letters to the artists. * Photo stickers employ an AI-based inspection system, to prevent the use and distribution of illegally filmed content and to create a safe environment for all users.
