We're pleased to announce that new Weverse DM subscription products will be launched and the currently available subscription products will be updated on November 9, 2023. 📢Weverse DM Subscriptions 🔎What’s new about the "Weverse DM subscription" service? It is a subscription service where you can purchase a "monthly DM subscription" once and the subscription will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis. The product is automatically renewed and purchased with Jelly, which means you will not need to manually make a payment each month. This means that you don't have to worry about DM chats with your artists being stopped when you use the DM! 🔎How does a subscription renewal work? Your subscription is renewed on the same day and time of the month when it initially started. - Example of a monthly subscription: If your subscription began on January 1st at 2:00 PM -> it will be renewed on February 1st at 2:00 PM - In some cases, there may be a maximum 1-hour delay during the renewal process. 🔎Where can I purchase it? The monthly DM subscription can only be purchased on the Weverse website. ⏳New Subscription Service Launch Event!⏳ To celebrate the launch of the subscription service, an additional 6 days of subscription for each month will be granted for 3 months to those who purchase a monthly DM subscription during the event period. We appreciate your interest and look forward to seeing many of you using the service. Launch Event Period: Thu. November 9, 2023, after launch - Sat. December 9, 2023, 11:59 PM (KST) 📢Changes to the existing Weverse DM subscriptions From November 9, 2023 onward, the types of the DM subscriptions available will be as follows: Monthly DM subscription: the subscription service that can be purchased on the Weverse website (the new subscription product) 30-day DM subscription: the subscription service that is valid for a fixed period and can be purchased on the Weverse app (the updated existing subscription) 🔎Will I not be able to purchase 60-day or 90-day DM subscriptions anymore? Of the 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day DM subscriptions that were available for purchase, only the "30-day DM subscription" will continue to be available. The 60-day and 90-day DM subscriptions will be discontinued. You can use the service for 30 days from the day of purchase with a 30-day DM subscription in the same way as before, but you need to purchase the subscription again manually to continue using the service. 🔎What happens if I'm currently using a (30-day, 60-day, or 90-day) DM subscription I bought previously? You can use the already-purchased DM subscriptions until the subscription expires. 🔎Are there any changes to the purchase method for the 30-day DM subscription? 1) You can't purchase multiple subscriptions in advance anymore. The purchase will only be available through "Purchase Now" or "Scheduled Payment." - While you're using a 30-day DM subscription, you can schedule a payment for the same DM subscription for one time only. The payment for the additional purchase will go through on the day the existing 30-day DM subscription expires. 2) The 30-day DM subscription can only be purchased through the Weverse app. - If you're planning to purchase a 30-day DM subscription again after November 9, 2023, you must update your app to version 2.13.0 which will be released on November 9, 2023. * Please Note There will be an update related to the new and updated Weverse DM subscription products for about an hour from 2:00 PM on November 9, 2023 (the time is subject to change).
