안녕하세요, 위버스 입니다. 일본 현지법에 따라 일본에서 서비스를 이용하는 고객을 대상으로 한 약관이 개정 되어 안내 드립니다. - 일본 자금 결제법 관련 사항 수정 (영문, 일문 약관에 한함) 1. ‘위버스 유료서비스 이용약관’ 의 주요 개정 내용 - 일본 자금 결제법에서 규정한 환불 규정 안내사항 수정 2. 개정 시기 - 변경된 약관은 2024년 2월 27일자로 효력이 발생됩니다. 3. 개정 내용 상세 위버스 유료 서비스 이용약관 변경 전: [영문 약관] If the Member is using the Company’s platform in Japan, the clause below will be applied additionally. The Member may get a refund within 7 days after the purchase date. However, the case only applies when the total refund payment for the reference period including the base date stipulated in the Payment Services Act of Japan does not exceed 20% of the issued amount of the Prepaid Payment Instruments during the reference period before the base date. Otherwise, refunds may not be possible. [일문 약관] 日本国内で当社のプラットフォームを利用する「会員」の場合、下記の条項がさらに適用されます。 「会員」は購入後7日以内に払戻を申請できます。ただし、日本の資金決済に関する法律(以下、資金決済法という)に基づき、資金決済法に規定されている基準日を含む基準期間における払戻金額の総額が、「会社」が当該基準日の直前の基準期間において発行した前払式支払手段の発行額の20％を超えない場合にのみ払戻ができ、これに該当しない場合は払戻できない場合がございます。 위버스 유료 서비스 이용약관 변경 후: [영문 약관] If the Member is using the Company’s platform in Japan, the clause below shall apply additionally. Under the Payment Services Act of Japan (the "Payment Services Act"), Jelly purchased by the Member shall be deemed non-refundable. However, if the Company terminates Jelly service and renders Jelly unusable, then the Member may request the Company to refund the Member's paid portion of the Jelly that remains valid. In such cases, the refund amount for the paid Jelly that remains valid at the time of refund will be calculated in Japanese Yen based on the price paid for each of such Jelly at the time of purchase. The Member may be responsible for any currency exchange fees and remittance fees associated with the refund, depending on the circumstances (free Jelly is not eligible for any refund). [일문 약관] 日本国内で当社のプラットフォームを利用する「会員」の場合、下記の条項がさらに適用されます。 日本の資金決済に関する法律（以下、資金決済法という）に基づき、「会員」が購入した「Jelly」は払戻できません。ただし、「会社」が「Jelly」サービスを廃止して「Jelly」を利用できなくなった場合、「会員」は有効期限内の有償の「Jelly」の払戻を「会社」に申請することができます。この場合、払戻時点で有効期限内の「Jelly」を、購入当時の1Jellyあたりの相当額をもとに日本円で換算した金額が払戻されます。なお、払戻の状況により発生し得る両替手数料・振込手数料などは、「会員」の負担となります。（無償の「Jelly」は払戻の対象外となります。）
