We would like to inform you that you can now subscribe to DM with a recurring plan on the Weverse app from May 29, 2024. 📢 Updates on the new monthly DM subscriptions The monthly DM subscriptions, which were only available on the website, are now also available on the app! Use the monthly DM subscriptions with more convenience on the app! 🔎 How to purchase monthly DM subscriptions on the app Now you do not have to purchase Jelly in advance to subscribe to DM on the app. Simply get the artist-specific, DM-exclusive Jelly with a recurring plan and use the DM service! 1. Open the Weverse app → DM tab → select the artist 2. Check “I Agree to monthly subscriptions/purchases of Jelly”, and tap “Start Weverse DM” 3. Once you auto-purchase the artist-specific DM Jelly, you can use the DM service right away. * You can subscribe to DM on the Weverse app only with the artist-specific DM Jelly. Other Jelly you previously purchased will not be available for the DM service. 📢 Changes on the previous Weverse DM subscriptions As you will be able to use monthly DM subscriptions on the Weverse app from May 29, 2024, the previous 30-day plan on Weverse DM will no longer be available. 🔎 I am currently using Weverse DM with a 30-day subscription. What will happen to my DM subscription? You can continue to use the DM service until your purchased/payment-scheduled subscription expires. 🔎 Can I change my plan from the previous 30-day one to the new monthly DM subscription? Go to “Manage subscriptions” → Select the artist and tap “Continue” to make an auto-purchase and continue using the DM service. If you have a remaining 30-day subscription at the point of this transition, an equivalent amount of Jelly will be refunded. 🔎 Will there be any changes in the current monthly DM subscriptions on the Weverse website? There are no changes in the monthly DM subscriptions you can purchase on the Weverse website. Feel free to purchase Jelly and subscribe to the DM of your favorite artists on the website! * Please Note 1) You must update the Weverse app to version 2.17.0, which will be available from May 29, 2024, to use the monthly DM subscriptions by in-app purchases. 2) The app will be under maintenance to apply updates and changes regarding Weverse DM subscriptions, from May 29, 2024, 3:30 PM (KST). The maintenance will take 1 to 2 hours, and the schedule may change due to circumstances. You may not be able to purchase subscriptions during the maintenance hours. 3) Subscriptions you purchased on Google Play or App Store will not be canceled automatically even if you delete your Weverse Account or the Weverse app. You must unsubscribe manually from the app market you use.
