Hello from Weverse. We have exciting news about the new Weverse updates, coming Wed, June 4, 2025 (KST)! Update the Weverse app to the latest version now to experience the brand-new Weverse app🎉 1. New Calendar Feature in Community View various events related to the artist such as birthdays, media releases, LIVEs, TV appearances, performances, and more with the new Calendar! 💡Where to Find the Calendar - Go to the Highlight or NOTICE tab in each community to view events by month and/or day. - You can click on a specific event to view the details. ✨Tips on using the Calendar 1) You can set filters to view events by specific categories and view events within a specific period. 2) Turn on notifications for the Calendar to be notified when new events of the artist are added to the Calendar. A push notification will be sent when a new event is added on the artist’s Calendar. You’ll be able to turn on/off the push notification settings via the route below. * How to change the Calendar notification settings 1) Go to the community NOTICE tab → Calendar → tap on the 🔔 icon at the top-right 2) Go to Community → tap on the More (⋮) button → Alerts settings → Calendar Notifications 3) You can change the notification settings to get alerts in advance or use the bookmark feature so you don’t miss out on important events of artists! * How to change the notification settings per event and set up bookmarks - Go to the Event Details page → tap on the “Alerts settings” button - Go to the Event Details page → tap on the Bookmark on the top-right (View all bookmarked events by tapping on the More (⋮) button at the top-right of the community) * The Calendar feature is available on the Weverse app only for now, and it’ll be added to the Weverse website in the near future. Please stay tuned! 2. You can now enjoy the Listening Party with Apple Music! Apple Music has been added as a streaming service that can be linked to the Listening Party. In the “Connect to a streaming service” tab, log in with an Apple Music account that has an active subscription to host a Listening Party or join another user’s Listening Party! * When using Apple Music for the Listening Party - Apple Music can be connected as a streaming service only on iOS devices. - The Apple Music app must be installed and you must be subscribed to Apple Music. ▶️ Read more on the Listening Party (LINK) 3. New sorting filter added on the Artist and Media tabs in community You can now sort and view content by latest or oldest. You can also gather artist/media content uploaded in a specific year using the year filter. 4. New QR Code Feature Added for Official Membership You can now view the QR code containing your membership information on the membership details page. Use the QR code to verify your membership with ease! * How to view the QR code 1) Go to Community → tap on the More (⋮) button → Membership or Community Home → Membership 2) Go to the Weverse Home and tap on More on the bottom → My Membership → Membership * Please Note 1) The QR code can be used during events, and it can be used if the QR code is specified as one of the verification methods in the event notice. 2) The QR code will be valid for 7 days after being generated. 3) You’ll be able to generate a new QR code when the QR code expires, by using the “Regenerate QR Code” button (online access required). 4) Only the QR codes that have been generated in advance will be available to use for verification when the device is not connected to a network.
