Hello from Weverse. Thank you for using Weverse DM and Digital Membership. Starting August 28, 2025, there will be changes to the way consecutive subscription days are counted for the two services. [What will change] - If you resubscribe to Weverse DM or Digital Membership within 7 days (168 hours) after your subscription expires, the period from the expiration date to the resubscription date will now count toward your consecutive subscription days. [Before and after the change] Before: If you resubscribed within 7 days (168 hours) after expiration, the period between the expiration date and the resubscription date was not counted toward your consecutive subscription days. After: If you resubscribe within 7 days (168 hours) after expiration, the period between the expiration date and the resubscription date will be counted toward your consecutive subscription days. Please refer to the examples below. Example) Before change: 61 consecutive subscription days *Only the days when the subscription was active are counted. The period during which the subscription was inactive (April 1, 2025 - April 5, 2025) is excluded. After change: 65 consecutive subscription days *If you resubscribe within 7 days after your subscription expires, the period during which the subscription was inactive will also count toward your consecutive subscription days. The entire period since your initial subscription on March 1, 2025, will be reflected. [Who this applies to] - All current and new subscribers of Weverse DM and Digital Membership. - For current subscribers, your existing consecutive subscription days will remain unchanged. The new counting method will be applied from the time of change. Example) - A customer with 150 consecutive subscription days and 5 days of subscription cancellation history - Before change: 150 consecutive subscription days - After change: 150 consecutive subscription days (the 5 days of inactive subscription period before the change will not be reflected, and the current consecutive subscription days will remain the same) *The new counting method will be applied from August 28, 2025.
