Hello from Weverse. We're pleased to share that Portuguese, Hindi, and Arabic will be added as supported languages for the auto-generated subtitles. Starting October 16, 2025, when a LIVE is streamed in Korean, auto-generated subtitles will be available in up to 16 languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, French, Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, German, Italian, Portuguese, Hindi, and Arabic. Starting June 8, 2026 (KST), Japanese is now added as a supported spoken language for ‘auto-generated subtitles’. For LIVEs hosted in Japanese, auto-generated subtitles are available in up to 6 languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), and Spanish. Please note that the newly added Japanese subtitle feature is in its initial phase and will be continuously updated for improved performance. For a better service experience, the scope of support and delivery methods are subject to change in the future.
