[Schedule] The price increase will be applied differently based on your subscription status. - New subscriptions: Starting from December 22, 2025, 2:00 PM (KST) - Existing subscriptions: Starting from April 1, 2026, 2:00 PM (KST) * Criteria for Subscription Status - New Subscriptions: Any new auto-purchases made after December 22, 2025, 2:00 PM (KST). - Existing Subscriptions: Auto-purchases that are active before December 22, 2025, 2:00 PM (KST). * For existing subscriptions, the price increase will be applied when the subscription expires and renews after the scheduled date (April 1, 2026, 2:00 PM (KST)). * Existing subscriptions will only be renewed at the increased price when you give consent for the specific subscription product. * If you do not give consent to the renewal at the increased price, the subscription will be automatically canceled when the existing period expires. * Resubscriptions after cancellation will be processed the same as a new subscription. * What is Jelly Auto-Replenishment for Shortage? - Jelly Auto-Replenishment for Shortage (auto-charge for additional Jelly needed) tops up your Jelly balance using your registered automatic payment method when subscribing to or renewing a digital product on the Weverse desktop website, if your Jelly balance is lower than the required amount. - No extra Jelly will be purchased if you have enough balance at the point of subscription or renewal. [Example 1] New Subscription Before the Price Increase * Suppose you have 10 Jelly in your current balance and you make a new subscription on December 20, 2025, 3:00 PM (KST) for Artist A's DM (15 Jelly per month). You have a 5 Jelly shortage. - Your existing 10 Jelly is used first + additional 5 Jelly is automatically purchased and used immediately. - The auto-replenished amount (5 Jelly) is charged at the previous price: KRW 1,250 (based on KRW 250 per Jelly). [Example 2] New Subscription After the Price Increase * Suppose you have 10 Jelly in your current balance and you make a new subscription on December 23, 2025, 3:00 PM (KST) for Artist A's DM (15 Jelly per month). You have a 5 Jelly shortage. - Your existing 10 Jelly is used first + additional 5 Jelly is automatically purchased and used immediately. - The auto-replenished amount (5 Jelly) is charged at the increased price: KRW 1,500 (based on KRW 300 per Jelly).
