Notice Regarding Weverse Push Notification Error

Hello from Weverse. An error occurred on Sun, July 19, 2026, between 9:57 PM and 10:31 PM (KST), causing community push notifications to be sent repeatedly. Urgent action was taken immediately, and push notifications are now functioning normally. To investigate the cause and prevent further issues, push notifications within our community services were temporarily suspended from 10:31 PM to 11:46 PM (KST). After the issue was resolved at 11:47 PM (KST), the suspended notifications were processed and delivered sequentially. We sincerely apologize to the artists and fans who experienced inconvenience due to the repeated post notifications. We also apologize that some notifications could not be delivered on time due to the temporary suspension. We will further strengthen our system checks and service stabilization to prevent similar issues from recurring.
