This field day program is designed as a special training session for P1Harmony as they return to their heroic duties after their brief strike. Alongside P1ece, they will build stamina and strengthen their teamwork through various challenges. Please refer to the details below if you’d like to participate. Each team will consist of 200 participants (50 Players + 150 Cheerleaders), with three P1Harmony members assigned to each team. 1) Players: 100 Winners > Players (50 per team) will compete in matches directly alongside P1Harmony members. 2) Cheerleaders: 300 Winners > Cheerleaders (150 per team) will cheer for the members and Players, while participating in specific events. ** Only one category (Player or Cheerleader) per person. As the program involves physical activity, please only apply for the Player category if you have no health issues that would hinder participation in sports. 3. Submitted details (name, email, phone number) cannot be modified after submission. Any issues arising from incorrect information will not be compensated. 4. This event will be filmed and photographed for sharing with more P1ece. The content will be uploaded to P1Harmony’s official YouTube channel and other official social media platforms on Sunday, March 29 (subject to change). By applying, you consent to the use of your likeness and voice in future commercial and non-commercial content. [Winner Verification & Entry Notes] 1. To enter, you must present a valid photo ID and your P1ece MEMBERSHIP card. Entry will be denied if both are not provided. - P1ece MEMBERSHIP will be verified via the mobile membership card (live page only; screenshots are not accepted) - Accepted IDs 1) Korean Minors: Student ID (Elementary/Middle/High School), Passport, or a government-issued certificate showing date of birth. 2) Korean Adults: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, or Mobile ID. 3) Foreign Nationals: Passport or Alien Registration Card. ** Original, unexpired physical IDs only. ** Student IDs (including university IDs) are not accepted for adults. 2. Only the selected winner may attend. If wristbands are found to be transferred, sold, or illegally distributed, those involved will be permanently blacklisted from all future P1Harmony events. 3. Entry wristbands with random seat numbers will be distributed during verification. You must sit in your assigned seat, and moving or changing seats is strictly prohibited. 5. To ensure the event runs on schedule, please enter the venue at least 20 minutes before the start. Entry may be restricted after the event begins, so please follow the staff’s instructions. For safety, Players must store all belongings, including electronic devices, in the designated Team Zone during matches. As this is an outdoor event, we recommend bringing a jacket or warm items to protect against the cold. 4. The event will proceed regardless of the weather. Raincoats will be provided if it rains, but please bring any additional items you may need, such as an umbrella. 5. Emergency medical staff will be on-site throughout the event. If an emergency occurs, please alert the nearest safety personnel immediately for swift assistance. 6. Photography is permitted at this event. However, to ensure smooth operations and safety, tripods, monopods, and strobe lighting are prohibited. Any behavior that disrupts the event or other attendees may result in staff intervention. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping all P1ece enjoy the event. 7. Failure to follow staff instructions may result in penalties or removal from the venue. 8.
