Only the teams that applied during the application period can support, and applications sent other than the application period will not be accepted. - Supports which have went through pre-application and consultation are the only ones to be delivered. - Applications with different forms will not be accepted. It will be difficult to be answered if it does not follow the given form, so please make sure to apply according to the form. - Support will be carried out in order of application, and we will guide you through the earliest schedule according to the given order. Please understand that only one team can support each schedule. (However, joint support that has been agreed with each other in advance is possible.) - For schedules in the form of concerts/fanmeetings, multiple teams can proceed with supports as long as the items do not overlap. Items are classified on a first-come, first-served basis. - One organization or individual cannot continuously support on consecutive dates and may be excluded even if it has been applied first. - Support can only be delivered through a fan marketing staff, and it cannot be delivered through company officials, managers, production companies. - If you visit the support site and request a photo, signature, etc. with the support or apply for the support on the same day without prior contact, your team will be restricted to progress the support. - If there are any cancellations or changes after applying for support, please send them via email. Cancellation or change without prior notice after application will restrict further support. - Please understand that there may be a schedule that is not open for supports due to the broadcasting company and schedule situation. - We do not accept applications for support from persons subject to permanent blacklists. [Other Precautions] - Only fan letters can be delivered at fansign events. If you deliver gifts other than fan letters, we will return them all after the fansign event. - Gift certificates, coupons, etc. cannot be enclosed when delivering a letter. Please note that the items with unclear sender information will inevitably be discarded since it cannot be returned. - If you send fan letters, message books and donation certificates to FNC STAFF at the public broadcasting site, or mail them to the FNC office, we will deliver them to the members addressed to. - Please note that related events such as slogan events, card section events, etc. held at concerts, fanmeeting events, etc. can be held after prior consultation through e-mail, and the consultation is carried out on a first come first served basis.
