Notice of Reservation System Change for ASTERUM 433-10 Café (+260730 Updated)

Hello, this is VLAST. Thank you to all the PLLI who use ASTERUM 433-10 Café, and we would like to inform you of a change to the reservation system. Starting with reservations for August 2026, ASTERUM 433-10 reservations will be operated as a benefit exclusively for PLLI MEMBERSHIP (GL/JP) subscribers. Accordingly, the reservation system will move from the current Catch Table platform to Weverse Queues, and only PLLI MEMBERSHIP (GL/JP) members with valid membership status at both the time of reservation and the time of visit will be able to use the service. [Reservation System Change Details] Effective from: August 2026 reservations (to take place during July) Before: Catch Table reservation After: Weverse Queues [Reservation Application Conditions] Eligible applicants: PLLI MEMBERSHIP (GL/JP) subscribers Reservation limit: 1 ticket per person (1 ticket per Weverse account under one's own name) ※ Identity verification will be conducted via ID upon entry to the café, and entry will only be permitted if the name and spelling on the ID completely match the name and spelling registered with the membership. [No-Show Policy and Cancellation Guidelines] Reservation Cancellation Deadline: Up to 24 hours before the start time of the reserved session (cancellation is not possible through the system after this point) (e.g., For a reservation for Session 1 on 2026.08.02 (10:00–12:00 KST) ➔ cancellation is possible until 2026.08.01 9:59 (KST)) No-Show Criteria: Failure to visit the store without prior cancellation will be processed as a no-show. Penalty Standard: Upon accumulation of 2 no-shows, future reservations and entry may be restricted. ※ Cancellation is not possible starting 24 hours before the reservation start time. If you are unable to visit, please be sure to complete the cancellation within the deadline.
