Champion> ‘CEREMONY’ Pre-recording Details] Date/Time: Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 14:00 (KST) Location: Ilsan MBC Dream Center Capacity: 200 persons Check-in Schedule: Wednesday, April 29, 2026 11:00 ~ 12:00: Numbers 1–100 12:00 ~ 13:00: Numbers 101–200 13:00 ~ : Waitlisted & Late arrivals [Application Information] Eligibility: Ages 15 and older Application Link: Weverse Event Form Application Window: Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 15:00 (KST) Final Attendee Announcement: Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 17:00 (KST) *The pre-recording stage will feature the track ‘CEREMONY’. *Recording times are subject to change based on the broadcasting station’s circumstances. ⚠️ ATTENTION: The application page will open 10 minutes prior to the start time. Please complete your member information and terms of agreement in advance. Selection is first-come, first-served. Applications cannot be edited after submission. [Entry Priority] Priority 1: Confirmed winners arriving within the check-in window with all required items. Priority 2: Waitlisted winners arriving within the check-in window with all required items. Priority 3: Late arrivals with all required items. Late arrivals will lose their original sequence and will enter last, following the waitlisted group. [Required Items for On-site Verification] 1. Physical Photo ID: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, or Passport (unexpired). Mobile IDs (Resident/Driver) are accepted (Screenshots not permitted). Minors: Youth ID only (Student IDs are not accepted). Foreign Nationals: Alien Registration Card or Passport (unexpired) only. Certificates of Application for ID/Youth cards and Name Change Certificates are also accepted. 2. ‘BAWIGE’ Fan Club Membership Verification: Mobile app screen (Screenshots not permitted). 3. QWER 4th Mini Album ‘CEREMONY’ Physical Album: Both Unbalance and Graduation versions required. - During the first week of promotions, album verification may be completed with a proof of album purchase. Please note that the album verification sticker will be provided only after you bring the physical album at a later date. 4. Melon Individual Track Purchase History: Printed receipt for all tracks in the album. 5. Melon Identification Page: Printed copy. 6. QWER Official Lightstick. [Important Participation Guidelines] 1. Entry is prohibited if application info does not match your physical ID. 2. Missing items or tardiness may result in denied entry. 3. The use of recording devices (photography/audio) is strictly forbidden. 4. Personal cheering props may be restricted. 5. Please follow all instructions from on-site staff. 6. Fan letters may be delivered on-site; however, gifts will not be accepted. [Penalties & Regulations] No-shows: May be restricted from applying for future QWER fan events for a specified period. Transfer of Participation Rights: If caught buying/selling entry rights, participation in QWER schedules and fan club pre-sales will be restricted for 6 months. Violation of fan club regulations or etiquette may result in the revocation of membership benefits. We ask for your full cooperation to ensure a safe and smooth event.
