Ticketing Information 1) Fan Club Pre-verification Information - Verification Period: June 24, 2024 (Mon) 2:00PM (KST) ~ July 1, 2024 (Mon) 11:59:59PM (KST) - Members of the Red Velvet official fan club “ReVeluv” membership (GL) on Weverse must complete the pre-verification on the concert reservation page to be eligible for the pre-sale. Please ensure to complete the pre-verification within this period. - Pre-verification is only possible with the Weverse account that has the Red Velvet official fan club “ReVeluv” membership (GL). - If the fan club certification is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can buy the ticket only through Korean-language page. If the fan club certification for pre-sale is conducted on the global page, you can but the ticket only through the global page. - Only one Weverse account can be verified per Melon Ticket ID, and duplicate verification is not allowed. - Once pre-verification is completed, the membership information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused, and re-verification is not possible even if the Melon Ticket membership is withdrawn. - The fan club membership must be maintained until the concert day for the pre-sale to be valid. For bank transfer, the payment must be completed by 11:59:59PM on the day of the reservation. If the payment is not completed within the period, the reserved ticket will be automatically canceled. - Even if pre-verification is completed, tickets can only be purchased during the pre-sale period. After the pre-sale period, tickets can only be purchased through the general sale. If the tickets are sold out during the fan club pre-sale, there may be no seats available for the general sale. 4) Wheelchair Seating Sale Information - Fan Club Pre-sale Period: July 1, 2024 (Mon) 10:00AM (KST) ~ 5:59:59PM (KST) - General Sale Period: July 2, 2024 (Tue) 10:00AM (KST) ~ - Wheelchair seating can only be reserved through the Melon Ticket Customer Center (1899-0042) via phone. Each person can reserve up to 2 tickets per show, including one for an accompanying person. The accompanying person must also have a ticket to enter. - Wheelchair seating is only available for the person registered with a disability certificate or welfare card. If the person is not the registered one, both the reserver and the accompanying person will not be allowed to enter. - Wheelchair seating tickets can only be picked up on-site on the event day. You must present your disability certificate or welfare card for verification to receive the tickets.
