This is a guide regarding fan etiquette for BRIIZE fan-club due to currently occurring incidents, so we ask for your cooperation for the safety of RIIZE and BRIIZE and the healthy fan-club culture. Thank you. [ Fan-club etiquette for RIIZE and BRIIZE ] 1. Please refrain from making onsite visits other than officially announced schedules. Areas other than promotion schedules announced through notices and public on-site schedules such as the dorm building, member’s family houses, parking area of the agency, hair & makeup salon etc. are places where the artists’ privacies can be violated so please refrain from making random(unexpected) visits. Also, the schedule may not be able to be disclosed in advance or exposed externally even though it’s a broadcast recording or filming so please take notice not to wait to meet the artists at the filming site, waiting room etc. 2. Please refrain from any kind of action that can cause safety issues during schedules in Korea or overseas. - Public places such as the airport used by many unspecified people Please refrain from making rash attempts to take photos or make physical contact in every facility in the airport (immigration checkpoint, security checkpoint, baggage claim area, duty-free shopping area, lounge etc.) and after boarding the plane. Dangerous incidents occur every single time by getting too close to the artists and getting in the way of other passengers while rushing to take photos and videos of the artists. Moreover, due to such actions where fans attempt to approach closer to the artists or attempt a one-sided conversation and come in the way of other’s routes, where the fans disrupt the work of the artists’ manager and the security team, where the fans attempt to make physical contact which can cause a threat to the artists’ safety etc. in situations where many people are moving together, not only the fans who are at the site but the passengers at the airport are exposed to serious danger. The artists who are experiencing this up close are also very concerned and distressed about this matter. Filming is prohibited in most areas of the airport so please cooperate not to cause harm to others attempting to forcefully deliver letters and gifts or film the artists without permission. After this notice, delivering letters and gifts at the airport or on the plane will not be allowed so please be aware of this. - Areas such as roads and parking lots where safety is not guaranteed There are cases where the fans follow the artists’ vehicle to watch the artists travel or run into the roadway. Please note that it can lead to a serious accident and cause injury so please refrain from reckless actions for your safety. For everyone’s safety and not to cause harm to others, we ask you once again to maintain order at any cost. 3. We will take hardline response to criminal acts violating the artists’ privacies. Please refrain from attempting to contact the artists, the artists’ families or acquaintances by illegally obtaining the artists’ personal information and visiting the artists’ private spaces or following the artists’ private schedules. Trading the artists’ personal information, trespassing into the artists’ dorm/family’s house etc., and trading the artists’ domestic/international flight (entry/departure) information are obvious criminal acts. In order the protect the artists’ privacies and prevent damage, the company will take civil and criminal legal action against such criminal acts by relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Act, Act on Punishment of Crime of Stalking etc., the Law regarding the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Protection of Information etc. When a criminal act is confirmed or an action is judged to be severely invading privacy, the offender will have his/her membership permanently revoked and banned to re-register permanently in accordance with Article 7 Paragraph 5, Article 9 etc. of BRIIZE fan-club member terms of use, and will not be allowed to participate in any schedule or event of the artists thereafter. If it is confirmed that he/she has participated in a schedule or event, our staff may cancel the ticket, restrict entry or force him/her out of the venue to restrict participation. For the safety of RIIZE members, we ask for BRIIZE’s understanding and cooperation as much as you cherish and love RIIZE. This is a reminder for you to be aware of the above for the safety of RIIZE and BRIIZE and a healthy fan-club culture. Thank you.
