SALES INFORMATION 1) Fanclub Verification Process for Fanclub Presale - Verification Period: April 21, 2026 (TUE) 6PM ~ April 27, 2026 (MON) 11:59:59PM (KST) - Members of “BRIIZE” membership(GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of BRIIZE, must complete the Fanclub Verification process on the ticket booking page within the designated period to participate in the Fanclub Presale. Please ensure that you complete the verification during the specified period. - For the verification process for Fanclub Presale, you can verify yourself with your Weverse account’s membership of “BRIIZE” membership(GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of RIIZE. - If the Fanclub Verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can buy the ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fanclub Verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the global page, you can buy the ticket only through the global page. - You can verify yourself with only one Weverse account that you applied for the Fanclub Presale each Melon Ticket ID. Duplicate or multiple verification are not allowed. - The membership information that has completed the verification process cannot be amended, canceled, nor reused. You cannot verify yourself again even if you leave the Melon Ticket membership. - Fanclub Presale is valid only when your membership status is maintained until the day of the show. Memberships whose presale verification have been confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded. Please make sure to check the verification and the Fanclub Presale periods in advance. Any damages or disadvantages caused by failure to verify your membership or complete the purchase within the designated period are entirely the responsibility of the individual. If the tickets are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may be no seats available for General Sale. 4) Wheelchair Accessible Seat - Fanclub Presale Period: April 27, 2026 (MON) 10AM ~ 5:59:59PM (KST) - General Sale Period: April 28, 2026 (TUE) 10AM (KST) ~ - Global reservations for wheelchair accessible seats are only available through Melon Ticket Customer Center at 1:1 online inquiry. - Wheelchair accessible seats can be reserved for up to 2 tickets per show, including one for the wheelchair user and one companion. - Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved if the name on the disability registration card (or welfare card) matches that of the person making the reservation. If the reservation is not made by the person holding the disability registration card, both the individual and the companion will be denied entry. - Tickets for wheelchair accessible seats must be collected at the venue on the day of the show after presenting their original ID and disability registration card (or welfare card). Without these documents, ticket collection and access to wheelchair accessible seats will not be permitted. - Please note that wheelchair accessible areas do not have physical seats and are available only for those who use wheelchairs. Even if you possess a disability registration card (or welfare card), you will not be allowed to use this area unless you are a wheelchair user.
