Selected fans will have the opportunity to attend an exclusive listening party in Mexico City to celebrate the release of ‘DUAL’. The event will include interactive activities, photo opportunities, and special experiences designed for attendees to immerse themselves into the SANTOS BRAVOS universe. Please read below on how to participate and submit your application. [Winners] 50 winners (winners will be able to bring one (1) guest) ※ The information of the applicant and the selected winner must match (the information of the applicant cannot be changed after submission), and the selected entry cannot be transferred to another person. ※ The check-in and admission times will be notified later. Participants who fail to show up at the event, will be prohibited from participating in events in the future. 1. The application announcement and the event process will use the information you submitted to the application. 4. Please note that the name of the person who applied to the event must match the name on the passport or valid ID. (Names entered in Korean or other languages will not be accepted.) 5. When applying to the event, Weverse Company and HYBE LATIN AMERICA will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). 6. Please note that pictures or videos of attendees may be taken onsite during the SANTOS BRAVOS ‘DUAL’ EP Offline Listening Party. Please note that you may appear in any content pertaining to the event on official HYBE Latin America and/or Weverse social platforms. Participants will be required to provide personal information as below for the application and their participation in the event. : Types of collected personal information: Email (Weverse ID), name (last and first name), mobile phone number, date of birth, and State/City of residence. : Purpose of collecting personal information: For participant and event operation of SANTOS BRAVOS 'DUAL EP Offline Listening Party in Mexico City. : Personal information provided to: Weverse Company, HYBE LATIN AMERICA : Duration of keeping and using personal information: For those who enter the application, the information will be discarded within 3 months after the event ends. Participants’ information will be discarded within 1 year after the event ends. 7. The participation cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the participation, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission. 8. The participants must bring a valid photo ID for entry. 9. Participants who are between 13-17 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian to attend the SANTOS BRAVOS ‘DUAL’ EP Offline Listening Party. ※ What is a valid photo ID? - Mexico nationality: INE, Driver’s License, Passport, Official student ID will also be accepted. - Non-Mexico nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) * Other IDs (e.g. photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed. * Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue. * The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the application. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on the ID does not match the information entered for the application, you will be denied admission. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted. * For participants who submitted an application with a name in languages other than English or Spanish, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English or Spanish names on their passports, they may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and their name in the language they used for the application. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. * When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.
