Hello. This is your SANTOS BRAVOS community manager. You’re invited to the SANTOS BRAVOS [DUAL (Deluxe Version)] Pre-order Customers Group Video Call Event. Pre-order DUAL (Deluxe Version) on Weverse Shop and fill out the application to participate in the selection process for a virtual call with the members of SANTOS BRAVOS ※The video call event will be conducted via ZOOM. ※ You must manually apply on Weverse in order to participate in the event application. ※ This event is exclusively eligible to Weverse Shop album purchases in US and Mexico only. Please read the details below carefully and apply if you would like to participate. Please make sure your information (ZOOM ID (account email), date of birth, email, contact information, etc.) is correct and error-free. Weverse is not responsible for any damages caused by the submission of incorrect information. ※ Participant selection will be based on the creativity of the response submitted through the application form and will not depend on chance or random selection mechanisms -You can submit your application on Weverse. -Buy the [DUAL (Deluxe Version)] album on Weverse Shop and submit your application on Weverse with the same ID you used to purchase the album. You need to provide the following personal information in order to submit your application. - Name (The person who apply) - ZOOM ID (account email) - Date of birth (YYYYMMDD format, 8 digits) - Email Address - Valid US or MX mobile phone number - State/City of residence -Detailed directions for the event will be shared later to selected participants. -Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account. -Album purchases made through Weverse US during the event period will only be used to verify eligibility within the event application process. -If you cancel all of your order(s) after entering the application, your participation will be automatically canceled. Please purchase the eligible product(s) and apply for the application if you want to participate. (For example, if you placed two orders including the eligible products and canceled one of them, your application is valid. However, if you request a cancellation or refund, your eligibility to participate in the event may be affected. 1. You must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account which was used to purchase the [DUAL (Deluxe Version)] album. If you do not have an account on Weverse, please sign up for Weverse and join SANTOS BRAVOS Weverse with the same account as your Weverse Shop account used to purchase the [DUAL (Deluxe Version)] album. 2. You will be redirected to the event page when you tap ‘Application Link' on the announcement posted on SANTOS BRAVOS Weverse, in which you are logged in with the Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album. 3. The application will be processed once the required information to participate in the event has been properly submitted and the corresponding eligibility has been validated, including applicable purchase verification. 4. You cannot be selected for the same application multiple times. 5. The selected participant announcement and the event process will use the information you submitted to the application. 6. Please note that the name of the person who submitted the application must match the name on the passport or valid ID. (Names entered in Korean or other languages will not be accepted.) 7. When submitting the application, Weverse and Weverse Shop will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Participants will be required to provide personal information as below for the application and their participation in the event. : Types of collected personal information: Email (Weverse ID), name (last and first name), mobile phone number, date of birth, and State/City of residence. : Purpose of collecting personal information: Participant selection and operation of the SANTOS BRAVOS [DUAL (Deluxe Version)] Pre-order Customers Group Video Call Event : Personal information provided to: WEVERSE COMPANY, WEVERSE AMERICA, HYBE LATIN AMERICA, HYBE Co., Ltd. : Duration of keeping and using personal information: For those who apply for the event, the information will be discarded within 3 months after the event ends. The participants’ information will be discarded within 1 year after the event ends. 8. Canceling your [DUAL (Deluxe Version)] album purchase after submitting your application during the application period will result in an exclusion of your application. 9. After the end of the application period, you cannot cancel your [DUAL (Deluxe Version)] album purchase regardless of your application result. 10. Only selected participants are permitted to participate in the event. 11. Participation in the event is personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to sell or transfer participation may result in cancellation of participation. 12. The selected participants must bring a valid photo ID to enter the event venue on the day of the event. You will not be allowed to participate if you do not have a valid photo ID in person. 13. In accordance with Weverse Company's policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, this event is open to those aged 16 or older (born before June 25, 2010). Those born after June 25, 2010, are not permitted to participate. 14. Participants between 16–17 years old must have authorization and consent from their parent and/or legal guardian in order to participate in the SANTOS BRAVOS Fan Call Event. Formal authorization documentation may be required prior to participation in the event. ※ What is a valid photo ID? - US nationality: Driver’s License, Passport, US Resident Registration Card, US Driver Learner’s Permit, etc. For participants over 16 years old and under 18 years old, official student ID will also be accepted. -Mexican Nationality: INE, Driver’s License, Passport, Official student ID will be accepted. - Non-US nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) * Other IDs (e.g. photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed. * Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue. * The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the application. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on the ID does not match the information entered for the application, you will be denied admission. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted. * For customers who entered the application with a name in languages other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English names on their passports, they may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and their name in the language they used for the application. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. * When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.
