Our company regularly initiates legal proceedings against perpetrators of malicious activities related to SEVENTEEN, including defamation, personal attacks, sexual harassment, the spread of groundless information, and ill-intentioned criticism. We have filed several criminal complaints using new evidence provided by fans and through our monitoring initiatives collected in the second half of the year. We have included in the criminal complaints not only the numerous malicious comments on online communities that ridicule and insult the artists but also malicious postings that inflict harm on the artists by spreading false information. We are also taking legal actions against malicious postings about the artists across all channels, including social media and online communities. Our policy of no settlement and no leniency under any circumstances during the legal proceedings against such invasion of artists’ rights remains in effect. We regularly collect information on malicious postings regarding SEVENTEEN, report them to the authorities and file criminal complaints.
