Operating Schedule Operating Period: From Wednesday, January 10 to Sunday, February 11, 2023 Operating Hours: 10AM - 9PM Weekdays | 10AM - 10PM Weekends Location: Level 2, North Tower, SM City North EDSA Admission Notice 1. The POP-UP can accommodate a maximum of 50 persons at a time. Please proceed to outside queueing while waiting for your turn. 2. For safety of guests and staff, CCTVs are in operation. 3. Guests will be responsible for their own personal belongings. The POP-UP management will not be responsible for any loss, damages or theft. 4. No food and drinks or pets are allowed in POP-UP. 5. Photography or videography for commercial or promotional purposes without permission will not be allowed. 6. The POP-UP management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or ask any guest to leave the premises for engaging in behaviors deemed disorderly or inappropriate. 7. Pictures and videos will be taken inside the POP-UP and these images or videos may be uploaded through HYBE’s official social channels, social media platforms, etc. Purchase Guide 1. All items are exclusive to [Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season 1 POP-UP IN METRO MANILA] 2. The limit to the number of items one guest can purchase may be different for each product, and the payment may be cancelled if the number exceeds the limit. 3. Payment can be made via cash, credit card, and other available cashless affiliates. 4. The POP-UP may carry different products during its operating period and may sell out early due to limited quantity. 5. Item exchange will be honored within seven (7) days from date of purchase. 6. Proof of purchase must be presented in order for an exchange to be processed. 7. In the case of defective item, exchange or refund will only be accepted on the same day of purchase. Please double check all your orders upon payment. 8. Request for exchange may be rejected for the following cases: - Change of mind - Damaged packaging or labels (cut, lost, damaged labels or missing packaging) caused by customers - Products that have odor, perfume residue or signs of being used, worn or washed.
