We would like to provide information on how to use the Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season 2. POP-UP and on purchasing the merchandise. [Operating Schedule] Operating Period: From Tuesday, March 12 to Monday, March 25, 2024 ※ Closed on: Monday, March 18, 2024 Operating Hours: Mon ~ Thu : 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM (KST), Fri ~ Sun : 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM (KST) Location: Shinsegae Gangnam, 176, Sinbanpo-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul Floor Information: 1F Showroom (THE STAGE) & B1F Merch. Shop (FAMILLE STREET) [Entry to the POP-UP] Entry Information for the [Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season 2. POP-UP Showroom] 1. The <Showroom> will be opened at THE STAGE on the 1st floor of Shinsegae Gangnam. 2. Should the number of guests exceed the limit, we will operate an on-site queuing system for the <Showroom> for your optimal visiting experience. - When you are called, you can enter only through the designated entrance of the 1F Showroom. - Entry registration may close early depending on on-site circumstances. Those who have already registered for entry may not be able to enter depending on the number of guests already inside the Showroom. 3. Separate entry registration is required for the <Showroom> even for the customers who have completed their entry registration for the <Merch. Shop>. Entry Information for the [Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season 2. POP-UP Merch. Shop] 1. The <Merch. Shop> will be opened at FAMILLE STREET on the B1 floor of Shinsegae Gangnam. 2. Customers can enter the <Merch. Shop> without making a pre-reservation. Register on the on-site queuing system, wait for your turn, and enter the shop. (Location of the on-site queuing registration: Outside the B1 floor of FAMILLE STREET) - When you are called, you can enter only through the designated entrance of the Merch. Shop on the B1 floor. - Entry registration may close early depending on on-site circumstances. Those who have already registered for entry may not be able to enter depending on the number of guests already inside the Showroom. 3. You will be able to spend up to one hour at the <Merch. Shop>. 4. Separate entry registration is required for the <Merch. Shop> even for the customers who have completed their entry registration for the <Showroom>. 5. Some products from Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season 1. will also be available in <Merch. The limit to the number of items one guest can purchase may be different for each product, and the payment may be canceled if the number exceeds the limit. 2. All items may sell out early. 3. All raffle events held in the POP-UP will end once the prizes are out of stock. 4. Payments can be made by cash, Shinsegae gift certificates, or credit cards. (Shinsegae Pay, Kakao Pay, Samsung Pay, and Smile Pay are accepted.) 5. Please consult the staff at the POP-UP store should you need additional information regarding other products and purchases. 6. Official merchandise will only be sold through official channels, such as POP-UP and Weverse Shop. Please watch out to ensure you don’t use, visit, or purchase items from illegal retailers that violate the artist’s rights. [Exchange and Refund Policy] 1. A refund or exchange will be available should there be any defects in the product only at the store you purchased during the operating period of the POP-UP. 2. Bring the product and your receipt, and you will be offered an exchange for the same product or a refund after confirming that no damage is incurred on the purchased product. - You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock. - A refund will be made to your payment method, and the special gifts you received along with your purchase must also be returned. 3. A refund or exchange will be denied in the following cases: - Items mended or repaired - Damaged packaging or labels (cut, lost, damaged labels, or missing packaging) caused by customers - Products with signs of being used, worn, or washed - Products with damaged or lost value due to negligence on the customer's part (such as improper storage or handling) 4. Please make sure to check for any defects after your purchase, as both exchange and refund will only be available during the operating period of the POP-UP. 5. Please consult the POP-UP staff should you need additional information regarding the refund and exchange policy. [Other Important Information] 1. Once you leave the <Showroom> and <Merch. Shop>, you cannot re-enter right away. Please register on the on-site queuing system once again, wait for your turn, and then enter. 2. Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that are not agreed upon in advance is forbidden (Bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.). 3. CCTV cameras are in operation for the safety of our customers and staff. 4. We may take photos or videos inside and around the POP-UP. The resulting footage may be uploaded on HYBE’s official channel, social media, public media, etc., and may include the customers. We ask for your kind understanding in advance. 5. Please do not line up overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours, and any lines may be asked to disperse. 6.
