Please read the details thoroughly in advance to ensure a smooth and pleasant visit. ▶ CARAT MEMBERSHIP Fan Club Booth “CARAT ZONE” [How to Use the CARAT ZONE] Visit the “CARAT ZONE” booth during its operating hours, verify your identity and your CARAT MEMBERSHIP, and receive one random photo card. [Operating Hours] DAY 1: From 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday, March 30 (KST) DAY 2: From 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Sunday, March 31 (KST) ※ This event may end early depending on on-site circumstances and safety issues. [Location] Play Ground (Incheon Asiad Main Stadium Southern Plaza) The booths will be organized as below to enhance the experience for CARATs visiting the SEVENTEEN TOUR 'FOLLOW' AGAIN TO INCHEON “CARAT ZONE” from around the world. All “CARAT ZONE” booths will offer identical services, with the exception of the booth for non-Korean nationals. This booth will provide English, Japanese, and Chinese interpretation services, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience for our international fans. Before visiting the “CARAT ZONE,” please familiarize yourself with the following information to ensure a smooth experience and avoid possible confusion. 1. Korean Nationals Booth - Serenity-colored Banner * This booth is for fans with Korean IDs. 2. Non-Korean Nationals Booth - Rose Quartz-colored Banner * This booth is for non-Korean nationals and offers interpretation services. Interpretation staff will be stationed to facilitate communication for the fans visiting the“CARAT ZONE.” * “CARAT ZONE” interpretation staff will only provide assistance and answer questions related to “CARAT ZONE.” * Residence Card holders must visit this booth to receive a photo card as well. * Languages supported: English, Japanese, and Chinese ※ Please visit the “CARAT ZONE” booth that corresponds with your nationality. If you mistakenly visit the wrong booth, you will need to join the line at the correct booth, which might delay your experience. Please keep this in mind to enjoy a hassle-free visit to the “CARAT ZONE.” [How to Verify] - Go to the “CARAT ZONE” booth that corresponds with your nationality during its operating hours with all the “Required Items to Bring” listed below and verify your identity. [Required Items] 1. Paper concert ticket for the day of your concert 2. Physical ID card (to verify your photo, name, and date of birth) 3. CARAT MEMBERSHIP CARD (mobile or physical) ** For physical cards, only the CARAT MEMBERSHIP CARD version shown in the above picture will be accepted. If your physical card was renewed before August 14, 2023, please have your Weverse mobile card prepared instead. ** All three above-mentioned items are required. The tickets and ID cards must be presented in physical forms to be accepted. (Pictures or screenshots will not be accepted.) ** Screenshot images will not be accepted for the CARAT MEMBERSHIP mobile card. Depending on the on-site mobile network connectivity, it may take some time until the Weverse app can be accessed. Please run the mobile card in advance prior to visiting the “CARAT ZONE.” ** If you bring a membership card other than the above-mentioned CARAT MEMBERSHIP mobile card, ONLY the mobile card will be accepted for verification. (In this case, a screenshot will not be accepted.) [LUCKY CARD Information] There will be “LUCKY CARDs” hidden among the distributed photo cards. ▶ LUCKY CARDs: SEVENTEEN, HIPHOP UNIT, VOCAL UNIT, PERFORMANCE UNIT If you receive a LUCKY CARD with one of above group or unit names, please visit the “LUCKY CARD Exchange Booth” located at the each booth to exchange it with the corresponding group (unit) photo card. ※ The images on the photo cards will be the same regardless of the date. ※ Photo cards will be provided randomly. Each person can only receive one photo card. (Receiving it by a proxy or multiple times is not allowed.) [Important Information] - Only CARAT MEMBERSHIP holders with the concert ticket corresponding to the day of your visit are eligible to use the fan club booth. Access is limited to one visit per person, per day. For instance, in order to visit the booth on Saturday, March 30, the ticket for the 30th is required. Tickets for the 30th will not grant access to the booth on Sunday, March 31. - We recommend arriving early at the concert venue to use the fan club booth more efficiently. (Your entry will be restricted if you do not have the concert ticket for the day.) - A valid ID card must include your photo, name, and DOB. (A photo or a screenshot image of your ID card will not be accepted.) - Once you receive the photo card, your ticket will be stamped to indicate your collection. - Behaviors like attempting to line up past the booth operating hours, cutting in line, or jumping over the fence will restrict your access to the booth. Kindly adhere to the directions of on-site staff. ※ What are valid forms of ID? - For Korean Nationality Holders: Physical Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Physical passport or Residence Card (Other IDs will not be accepted) - Photographs, printouts, mobile screenshots, or cell phone images will not be accepted. - Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph or cannot be easily recognized due to stickers or markings. (If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional proof of identity. We ask for your cooperation.) - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - Your identity cannot be verified with other forms of ID not mentioned here, even if you are accompanied by a guardian. We ask for your cooperation. - Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. - Your membership will not be accepted and you cannot participate in the event if your CARAT MEMBERSHIP information and your ID information do not match. - To participate in the event, the name you entered to sign up for a CARAT MEMBERSHIP must match the name on your ID. (If you sign up with a nickname, we cannot verify your identity.) - If you entered your name in English when signing up for your CARAT MEMBERSHIP, only your physical passport will be accepted as valid. - Additionally, if you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. We ask for your cooperation and preparation in advance. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - Transferring, lending, or borrowing the CARAT MEMBERSHIP CARD or ID card for identity verification is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found trying to use someone else’s card, both the borrower and lender will lose their membership status and be banned from participating in any future fan club events. ※ We kindly ask for CARAT’s cooperation so that everyone can enjoy the “CARAT ZONE” in a safe and enjoyable manner. - Please follow on-site staff’s directions to ensure a smooth “CARAT ZONE” experience. - Please do not use abusive language or engage in inappropriate behavior towards on-site staff. - After receiving the photo card, please take photos or videos only after exiting the “CARAT ZONE” booth. - Any behaviors that may obstruct visitors’ entry and exit from the “CARAT ZONE” are strictly prohibited. - Please practice good manners and show respect for other visitors at the “CARAT ZONE,” in the spirit of your respect and support for the artist.
