Sales [Entrance Information] 1. You can enter the <SEVENTEEN 'FOLLOW' LOUNGE> without making a prior reservation. Register on the on-site queuing system, wait for your turn, and enter the LOUNGE. (On-site queuing registration is located at: 1F SEVENTEEN 'FOLLOW' LOUNGE Entrance) 2. On-site queuing system will be in place only if the number of guests exceeds the occupancy limit, to ensure an optimal lounge experience. - Only one contact information can be registered per person for on-site queuing. All accompanying individuals must register separately. - When you are called, you can enter only through the designated entrance. - Entry registration may close early depending on on-site circumstances. Even those who have already registered for entry may not be able to enter depending on the number of guests in the queue. 3. Please be advised that <Photo Booth> requires a separate admission registration from the LOUNGE admission. Given the limited indoor waiting space, a separate queuing system for the <Photo Booth> will be in place. Register on the on-site queuing system, wait for your turn, and enter the booth. Those who have already registered for entry may not be able to enter depending on the number of guests in the queue. 3. Up to four people per group can use the <Photo Booth>, and may enter only when all members of the group have arrived. 4. The maximum time allowed for each group is ten minutes. 5. A refund or exchange will be available should there be any defects in the product only at the store you purchased during the operating period. 2. Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that are not agreed upon in advance is forbidden. (Bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.) 5. CCTV surveillance cameras are in operation for the safety of our customers and staff. 6. We may take photos or videos inside and around the store. The results may be uploaded on HYBE’s official channel, social media, public media, etc., and may include shots of the customers. We ask for your kind understanding. 7.
