The album was initially conceived and designed as SEVENTEEN's "BEST ALBUM," a limited-edition release featuring a rich composition of content. During the production process however, the focus shifted towards making the album more accessible to a wider range of CARATs, rather than emphasizing exclusivity. This change in direction resulted in changes to both the album’s content and pricing. However, we regret to inform you that due an operational error, the price was incorrectly communicated to the retailers, resulting in the album’s pre-change price being announced on the sales pages. It took us a considerable amount of deliberation to address the miscommunication and organize the refund process, which is why this notice has been delayed than we would have preferred. The prices will be corrected on the applicable websites starting today at 5:00 PM. If you have already purchased the album, the respective retailers will contact you with details on how to obtain a refund and place a new order.
