The name, photo, and date of birth on your photo ID will be checked before entering the venue. You will be restricted from entering the venue if the information on your photo ID does not match the information submitted for the raffle entry on Weverse Shop. Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID for verification. 2. In the admission process, your Weverse ID will be verified. Please have your Weverse app ready at the site. ※ What is a valid photo ID? - US nationality: Driver’s License, Passport, US Resident Registration Card, US Driver Learner’s Permit, etc. For winners over 13 years old and under 18 years old, official student ID will also be accepted. - Non-US nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) * Other IDs (e.g. photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed. * Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue. * The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on the ID does not match the information entered for the raffle, you will be denied admission. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted. * For customers who entered the raffle with a name in languages other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English names on their passports, they may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and their name in the language they used for the raffle. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. * When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs. * International raffle winners can only be verified with the English name on their passports or Residence Card. The event is available for those 13 years and older (Must be born on or before August, 24, 2011). Those under the age cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian. 2. Please make your way with enough time as check-in may delay the entry process. 3. The admission ticket cannot be claimed by or transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, you will be denied admission to the event. 4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the instructions of the staff members for admission. 5. After the screening of “SEVENTEEN Tour 'FOLLOW' AGAIN TO CINEMAS” you are allowed to take photos and videos when you are sitting in your seat at the venue. You are not allowed to take photos or videos during the screening. If you do, the on-site staff may intervene. 6. If you change your seat or set up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, you may be escorted off the premises. 7. If you're found transferring the raffle winning to another person, all distributed winnings will be retrieved by the staff. Also, both you and the recipient will get penalties. 8. We are not responsible for damages resulting from you sharing your own account information or others misusing your shared information. Please keep your account information safe. 9. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers. 10. Please avoid using flashing lights or excessive LED light sticks at the venue, as they may cause discomfort to other fans around you. Failure to comply may result in staff intervention. 11. The event may be recorded in videos by WEVERSE COMPANY, Inc.Please be aware that you may be recorded in the videos. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view. 12. The faces and voices of the participants may be recorded in the video content. It will be considered that you have given us indefinite permission and agreement to our use of the content, upon your participation in the event.
