[Special Gift] - Everyone who applies to the fan signing event will receive one random unreleased photo card for every album purchased (one random member out of all 13). - Everyone who wins a spot in the fan signing event will receive one random phone grip featuring the official photo of a member in a corresponding unit (one random phone grip out of the unit members). - Please check the notice from each retailer on how to receive the special gift for the winners. [Important Information on Applying] * Weverse Albums ver., KiT Ver., CARAT Ver. purchases will not be considered for the event entry. - A participant cannot win more than once. - Albums purchased for the purpose of entering the raffle for this fan signing event cannot be canceled or refunded. - Only the winner can participate in the fan signing event; attendance by proxy is not allowed. - Winning tickets cannot be received by proxy. - Winning tickets cannot be transferred or sold to others. (If such violations are detected, you will not be able to participate.) - All participants of the fan signing event must bring a valid ID. You will be denied entry if you fail to bring your ID. ※ What are valid forms of ID? - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., Student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, etc.) * Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots of IDs will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered valid. * An ID of a Korean nationality holder must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and full name and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus cannot verify your identity with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. We ask you to prepare in advance and for your cooperation. * While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. - Your name, photograph, and date of birth on your ID will be checked to verify your identity, and your participation in the fan signing event will be restricted if your ID information does not match your application information. - This event is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice, depending on the event host’s circumstances. - Any inquiries on the information not provided in this announcement can be made to the relevant retailers. - To draw and verify the winners and conduct this event, the personal information of winners will be provided as follows: : Personal Information Provided: Name, date of birth, phone number, email address : Purpose of Collection: To select the winners for SEVENTEEN's 12th Mini Album “SPILL THE FEELS” fan signing event and conduct the event. : Personal Information Recipient: PLEDIS Entertainment Inc., YES24, Weverse Company Inc., HYBE Co., Ltd. : Duration of keeping and using personal information: For those who enter the raffle, the information will be discarded within 6 months after the event winner announcement is posted. The raffle winners’ information will be discarded within 1 year after the event ends. [Important Information] ※ The fan signing session with the artist will be held in the order of the seating number. ※ Please check the retailers’ websites to check the winners and the number ticket assignment. 1. Please do not forget to bring your winning number ticket on the day of the event. (You CANNOT participate if you lose the winning number ticket.) 2. In case we discover violations of any kind, such as replication, transference, sales, etc., of your winning number tickets, you will be banned from all SEVENTEEN events in the future. 3. This fan signing event is only for signing SEVENTEEN's 12th Mini Album “SPILL THE FEELS.” You may get the autographs on any pages in the album. However, please be advised that you can get a member’s autograph only on the page with the solo shot of the corresponding member. (*Once you receive the album and the index tabs on-site, please stick the index tabs to the pages of your choice, one per member. You may also bring your own index tabs.) 4. The album for the autograph will be prepared at the venue and given to the participants after all of them have been signed. (*Albums brought in from outside the venue cannot be autographed.) 5. This fan signing event does not accept post-its, and you cannot make any requests or demands other than the autograph (E.g., asking to draw something or write a special message, etc.). 6. Simple props for taking pictures or videos can be given to the artists through the staff members, but please understand that they may not be used depending on on-site circumstances. You may retrieve your props on your way out after the fan signing event ends, but this may also change depending on on-site circumstances. We ask in advance for your kind understanding (*Please be advised that unclaimed props will be disposed of on the day). 7. Either your name or your nickname can be autographed on your album at this fan signing event. However, you must choose and use only one of the two. As for the nicknames, the one you request must be uniform across all members. Use of inappropriate nicknames are subject to staff intervention. 8. Please deliver any fan letters to the staff upon entry. 9. Taking photos or making a video/audio recording from your designated seat inside the venue is permitted, but not when you are waiting to get autographed or while receiving it. Taking selfies that demand the artists to pose or taking photos with instant cameras like Polaroid are not allowed either. Please note that if such an attempt is detected, the memory card and recorded files on your device will either be confiscated or deleted, and you will be escorted out immediately. 10. You will be asked to leave if you move seats or install cameras and tripods outside your designated seat. Please cooperate with the on-site staff. 11. Please refrain from making unreasonable requests to the artists and engaging in disruptive behaviors, such as chatting loudly, shouting, chanting, standing, etc. Inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and the staff may warrant an intervention or ejection from the venue, and lead to adverse impact on your participation in future events. 12. Among the albums you have purchased within the fan signing application period, the rest of the albums, minus the one used at the fan signing event, will be delivered after the application period is over in the order purchased. The winners can receive one of their albums on-site at the event venue. 13. The starting time of the event may change depending on on-site circumstances. We ask for your kind understanding. 14. We kindly ask for your respectful behavior throughout the event in line with your affection and admiration for the artists, as well as your cooperation with the on-site staff. 15. Please refrain from visiting the venue if you have not won a spot in the event. ※ Please be advised that the failure to adhere to the above guideline may result in a delay of the fan signing event or other adverse outcomes.
