[NOTICE] SEVENTEEN Fan Etiquette Notice (241227 ver.)

Hello. This is PLEDIS Entertainment. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued love and support for SEVENTEEN. In October 2022, we asked for your cooperation in adhering to the fan etiquette rules (LINK) to create a healthy fan culture for everyone. We sincerely appreciate the efforts you have shown over the years for SEVENTEEN. Unfortunately, we have recently observed several cases that violate and threaten the privacy and safety of our artists. Such actions are clear violations of the fan etiquette rules. - Trespassing on closed sets and impersonating on-site staff - Repeatedly contacting artists using contact information acquired through illegal means - Visiting private locations, such as artists’ living spaces, and violating artists’ privacy - Engaging in a vehicle chase and threatening the lives and safety of not only themselves but also the artists and other drivers We would also like to remind you that at airports, standing still in one spot and blocking the passageways to take photos of artists in no-photo areas —such as security checkpoints, security areas, and luggage claim areas—are severe issues that pose inconveniences to the other visitors and disrupt the order and safety of the airport. Also, taking photos and videos of artists without permission on an airplane after boarding the same flight with unlawfully acquired information can threaten the safety of the flight and is a serious violation of the portrait rights and privacy of the artists as well as the other passengers. We sincerely ask every fan to actively comply with the fan etiquette rules to show support for SEVENTEEN and maintain the healthy fandom culture we have worked hard to build.
