This is HYBE STORE INFO - DATES | 2025.01.09 – 2025.02.16 - HOURS | 11:00 – 21:00 (UTC+7) - LOCATION | L1 Atrium, YOHO MALL I (L1 Atrium, YOHO MALL I, 9 Yuen Lung Street, Yuen Long, NT, Hong Kong) QUEUE & ADMISSION - Entry to the pop-up store is available through on-site visits. Please follow the on-site instructions carefully. - Chairs and tents are not allowed while waiting. - Admission will proceed in order after the opening and waiting times may vary depending on the situation. - Queue numbers may be distributed for customer convenience if necessary. STORE POLICY Visitors who enter the pop-up store are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. - Due to limited quantities, certain products and giveaways may sell out early. - CCTV is in operation inside the store for safety. - Only service animals are allowed inside the store. - We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring within the store. - Food and beverages are not allowed inside the store. - Photos and videos taken inside the pop-up store may be uploaded on official channels, SNS, and media. - Commercial filming without prior consent is not allowed. PURCHASE POLICY - We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Octopus Card, Alipay and WeChat Pay payments ONLY. Cash payment is not accepted. - Please check the product for any defects before making a payment. - Exchanges and refunds due to change of mind are not allowed after payment. - If the purchased product is defective, it can be exchanged or refunded on the purchase date with the receipt. Refunds are only available if the same product is out of stock for exchange. - The purchase limit per person may vary depending on the situation. - Exchanges will be processed after confirmation by store staff and may not be possible in the following cases: ✓ If there is no unboxing video ✓ If the product is damaged by the purchaser including unboxing traces, product damage, or package damage ✓ If there are signs of use or wear ✓ If the product is damaged due to customer negligence ✓ If there are minor dents, scratches, or press marks (5MM or less) on event giveaways - In case of any dispute, the decision of store management team is final.
