We will be operating the fan club booth “CARAT ZONE” for CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP holders at SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR IN ASIA (SINGAPORE), which will take place on Saturday, January 25, and Sunday, January 26. Please read the details below carefully. We look forward to your participation. To ensure a smooth visit, please be sure to refer to the information provided in this notice in advance. ▶ CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP Fan Club Booth “CARAT ZONE” [How to Use] Visit the “CARAT ZONE” booth during its operating hours, verify your identity and your CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP, and receive one random photo card. ※ The images on the photo cards will be the same regardless of the date. ※ Photo cards are provided at random, and you can receive only one. (You cannot receive it multiple times or through a proxy.) [Operating Hours] AM 10:00 - PM 04:00 (SGT) ※ This event may end early depending on the number of visitors on the day. [Location] OCBC Square / National Stadium [How to Verify] - Visit the “CARAT ZONE” booth during its operating hours with all the “Required Items to Bring” listed below and verify your identity. [Required Items to Bring] 1. Concert ticket for the day of your visit ※Mobile concert ticket is allowed 2. Physical ID card (for the verification of your photo, name, and date of birth) 3. CARAT MEMBERSHIP CARD (mobile or physical) ※ Screenshots or images of concert tickets, mobile membership cards, ID CARD are not accepted. ※ Forging concert tickets or membership cards or falsifying information on them is strictly prohibited. ※If you are carrying a physical membership card, the staff may request additional verification to check the membership expiration date. ※ You can visit only once per day per person. [Important Information] - Only CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP holders with the concert ticket corresponding to the day of your visit can use the fan club booth. Each person may only use the booth once. (Once per day per person.) e.g., To visit the booth on Saturday, January 25, you need to have a ticket for the 25th. To visit the booth on Sunday, January 26, you need to have a ticket for the 26th. - Please arrive at the concert venue early and use the fan club booth for more efficient booth operations. (You will be restricted from using the fan club booth if you do not have the concert ticket of the day.) - A valid ID card must include your photo, name, and DOB for verification. (A photo or a screenshot image of your ID card will not be accepted.) - Once you receive your photo card, the staff will stamp your wrist with a TEAM SVT logo to confirm your visit. The stamp uses an ink that follows safety requirements (certified by a Korean government agency) and is harmless to the body. Please be advised. - You will be restricted from using the booth if you are discovered engaging in behaviors such as lining up after the notified booth operating hours, cutting in line, or jumping over the fence. Please make sure to follow the instructions of the on-site staff. ※ What are valid forms of ID? - For Singaporean nationality Holders: ID issued by official agencies, Driver’s license, Passport - For Non-Singaporean nationality Holders: Physical passports only - Your membership will not be accepted if your CARAT MEMBERSHIP information and your ID information do not match. - You will not be eligible to participate in the event if your CARAT MEMBERSHIP information and your ID information do not match. - To participate in the event, the name you entered to sign up for a CARAT MEMBERSHIP must match the name on your ID. (If you sign up with a nickname, we cannot verify your identity.) - Transferring, lending, or borrowing CARAT MEMBERSHIP CARD or ID card for identity verification is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found using someone else’s card, both the borrower and lender will lose their membership status and be banned from participating in any future fan club events. ※ We kindly ask for CARAT’s cooperation so that everyone can enjoy the CARAT ZONE in a safe and enjoyable manner. - Please follow the on-site staff’s guidance to ensure a smooth CARAT ZONE experience. - Please do not use abusive language or engage in inappropriate behavior towards the on-site staff. - After receiving the photo card, please take photos or videos only after exiting the CARAT ZONE booth. - Any behaviors that block or disturb the entrance or the exit are strictly prohibited for all CARAT using the CARAT ZONE. - Please show your respect and love for the artists by displaying good manners and respect to each other throughout the CARAT ZONE event. Please cooperate with the requests and guidance of the on-site staff. - This event may end early depending on on-site circumstances and safety issues.
